Experiencia negativa: Called to get instruction for my son getting his driver’s license. I was told no and that he does not service my area and find someone else, thank you and hung up. Very rude on the phone. When I tried to call to see if he serviced the area where his father lives they would not answer the phone. He may be a good instructor because he was recommended to me but they are very rude.

Experiencia negativa: dude literally yelled at me the entire time for my first driving lesson, not teaching me anything

Experiencia negativa: I asked a question about the rates with the receptionist on the phone and he was so unprofessional. That right there should tell you that the service is not even worth it. Shame on them to still be in business.

Experiencia fantástica: When I read some of the comments I was hesitant about calling but I somehow did. I even got a cheaper quote from another school but on the day of my test something was saying use Chez. Truth be told I already could drive but I needed one lesson just to make sure I did what was right to pass. This man was very professional and he got me ready in 1 hour. He definitely knows what he's doing and how to get you ready for that test. I passed my test yesterday and I'm so happy. Thank you Mr. Chez

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend. Called to ask if any instructors spoke Spanish so they could easily answer the questions my mom had before the test as she only needed basic help and ended up being berated and questioned why would I ask for someone in Spanish while the dmv would require her to speak English. Thanks Sherlock clearly she knows enough to understand and speak but wanted her to feel comfortable asking questions prior to the test in the language she is comfortable. Check your attitude.

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t recommend. I found Chez from reviews online saying he was the cheapest and I was on a budget. Unfortunately, I received quality of instruction that I paid for. I called him over a month before my road test wanting a couple of hours of instruction immediately, so I can know the proper technique to practice on my own and he insisted that we wait until a few days before the test. The day of our first lesson, he asks me in the first three minutes if I planned on doing another. I said I wasn’t sure, so he spent the entire lesson berating me and trying to diminish my confidence, so I would book another lesson. If he gave me an instruction and I didn’t follow it right away, he would say things like “Am I speaking Chinese?” and “Are you deaf?” It worked and I booked a second lesson where he continued berating me, so I could book another session before the test. I ended up not booking and he ran late on the day of the test anyway, so I didn’t get to drive to the testing site like we planned. I ended up failing the test because I was so nervous and lacked confidence in my abilities even though I didn’t struggle with driving at all beforehand. He also yelled at me at the testing site in front of others after not passing which I found to be extremely inappropriate. After yelling, he only apologized after we arrived at my house, and insisting that he could re-book the exam for me (he wanted me to book with him for the re-take). I re-booked with another instructor who was stern without being disrespectful and I was able to pass easily. I wish I used the money I spent on Chez to book with my last instructor. She also told me Chez has a reputation of being rude to other instructors and students. The reviews confirm this. Chez is cheap because he is the lowest quality instructor on the market. I would only recommend using Chez if you are on a serious budget and insist on doing most of the instruction well in advance, so he cannot keep pressuring you for more last minute sessions. Just please don’t let him destroy your confidence if you know you are capable.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional. As a shy/quiet person, he was by no means patient with me. He was aggressive, not allowing many mistakes without anger, even if it was just in a parking lot. He sung loudly instead of telling me where to go, he picked up the phone and yelled really loudly into it while grabbing the steering wheel since I didn't know how to get to his house so he could go use the bathroom. He made me dread doing my six hours, and for the test, we hired another person (in addition to doing another 2 hours to relearn what I should've learned here), and they were far more kind and understanding about everything. I genuinely do not recommend him; after he'd yell at me, he'd ask me if he was a good teacher, and I did not feel safe enough to tell him no, but I do not think he is a good teacher. I learned more in 2 hours with another teacher than I did in six hours with him.

Experiencia fantástica: Chez is the BEST teacher ever. So kind. So patient. SO FUNNY. Passed my road test the first time. He’s very thorough and so helpful. Don’t look for anyone else! He is your guy!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT TRUST - told us to call the day before the road test & he RAISED the quoted price. When I sent him a picture of the price he quoted he told me to call another school DAY BEFORE THE TEST (ON A SUNDAY)!!!!!!! HE CAN CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR CHILD :(

I took my road test today with chez & he helped me gain confidence on the way there, going over everything because I was nervous!! I completed my 6 hours with him and months later when I was trying to start my practice driving with him for an hr for $45,he drove off after i told him that my mother has the permit(he never told me to bring my permit ahead of time) and then he told me to never call him again. Even when I did my 6 hours with him he would blurt out not so nice things to me instead of helping me correctly.He doesn't really care to help a person drive,he just wants your money.I highly recommend you choose another school that will patiently care to help you or your child drive. You can also read others reviews about him, the same thing is being said.
