Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic experience with Bob at BBMCT. I drove almost 2.5 hours to come to this location as there aren't many testing sites in CO—so glad I came here. For only $25 extra, I was able to use one of BBMCT's bikes so I didn't have to trailer mine the super long distance. I was nervous for the test, but Bob went over it very thoroughly and made sure you were well-prepared when the time came for it. Highly recommend giving Bob a call and scheduling your test. I even went to the DMV the next morning after the test and now have my full motorcycle license.

Experiencia fantástica: I scheduled my Motorcycle Riding Exam here with Bob for 12/8/2021 and it was a great experience. The instructor made scheduling easy and when I got there I was pretty nervous but after talking to him and then just getting out there and practicing he made the process so smooth and Easy. Definitely recommend this place for the Riding exam.

Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment at 7am. Woke up at 5:30 from fort collins. No one there, i called the office, texted, left voicemails and no one got back to me. I ended up going to broomfield to do my driving test. In less that 1 hour from the initial call with this other gentleman, I was testing in broomfield.

We showed up about 1.5 hour early we where very nervous and wanted to get there extra early to just watch others on the course not only did we get to watch he conversed with us during that time and explained tips. He also let us on the bike to run around the course and practice. He was very clear on instructions and super patient. Please go to this place if you're looking into training or just a endorsement. He managed to calm my nerves and wife's with ease. Thank you Bob. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Experiencia fantástica: I just completed the basic rider course at Black Bag. What a great experience. Jesse our rider coach was amazing! He is super knowledgeable and made the class super fun. Jesse explains each exercise thoroughly then follows with a demo making it easy to understand excatly what the expectation is. I had absolutely no motorcycle experience at the start of the weekend and now feel that I have the skills to become a great rider by continuing to practice what I have learned. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone wanting to earn their motorcycle endorsement.

Experiencia negativa: Never will I recommend this motorcycle class to anyone. "Bob the owner" as he refers to himself, has no place attempting to run this business. I'd even be surprised if he could even ride a motorcycle himself. He took a deposit from me in February of $500 for a class on march 2 and 3. The day before I never received any confirmation. when I texted him, he decided that was a good time to tell me the class was cancelled. when the following weekend came around, I had to contact him again asking. Thats when he decided it was a good time again to tell me our class would be the following weekend after that. Still not a single email, that I told him i was not receiving but he consistently blamed the poor communication on his knee surgery. Again I had to call him the Friday before, Just for him to tell me again that the make up class will be the next weekend the 4/6 and 4/7. Finally a month later my wife and I are going to do the course. She is a beginner and spent a lot of time on her workbook to learn everything. We showed up with everything, helmets, completed workbooks, we are motorcycle enthusiasts and prepared. bob said they would have coffee and donuts at 7. I forgot my protective eye wear the he requested we had even though i wear a full face helmet so we turned around. When we arrived it was 7:20 am. Bob told us we had to leave and couldn't be there. He said we didn't take the class seriously by being 20 minutes late. He was so rude about it that my wife started crying and begging him to stay. when I asked for my $500 back, he said he would issue the refund and shut the door on my face. I told him i wasn't leaving without something in writing saying I would recieve the full refund. His words were "You are going to leave". He was happy to tell us that there wont be another class till may. Overall it was a complete waste of my time, my wife's time, and a lot of aggravation due to the poor communication on his part. We will be going to full throttle academy in loveland where the instructor is an experienced pro racer. Black bag is a joke.

He brought a great environment and attitude to make the experience super serious fun. There was so much to learn and he made it so easy to grasp with great demos. Also showed the importance of every lesson and how it will benefit us on public roads. Experiencia negativa: Signed my wife up for classes in June, she took vacation time to attend her class. The night before she was scheduled to attend they cancelled her class via text for personal reasons. We tried on numerous occasions to reschedule a class, finally we asked for a refund, they texted back "will do"! They are not responsive, I had to call my CC company (it's September) to dispute the charge because they have not refunded. They seem awfully flaky, we decided on a more reputable company. Looking forward to learning from a company that takes motorcycle training more seriously.

Experiencia negativa: From the get go it was red flag after red flag. But seeing the reviews and it being so close to my house I gave it a chance. First issue was getting ahold of the place to schedule the class. Tried online as well and the slot I was told to sign up for wasn't showing online so I couldn't sign up. I scheduled time off work to get the classes in. Only way I was actually able to get in was to physically show up and wait for a driver to test to enroll. Once enrolled I was content and ready. What happens next... the evening before the class scheduled it cancels. So now I'm bouncing ideas and offered a weekend class. And within an hour the class is now full and I I have to wait even longer. I truly wanted to give it a chance and get the experience many seem to show before but I was not given a pleasant experience at all. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommended! I came here to take the motorcycle test since I don't have my own bike. First, Bob explained the whole test with demonstration, then he let me practice with the bike before the test. $50 is a really good price. The 200cc bike they provided was easy to steer and the throttle is easy to control. Bob is really patient and knows a lot about bikes. Plus his Harley looks absolutely awesome.

No matter what level you are or where you are at in the process just give him a call and he will get you where you need to be. Experiencia fantástica: Took my written this morning and headed directly over to Bob at Black Bag for my road test. Passed and now sitting at the DL office waiting to turn it all in. (Nothing to full endorsement in 5hrs! Four of which sitting at the DL office...) He'll walk you through the course, let you do test runs to make sure you understand what you need to do and test you when you're ready. He's also got cheap/safe rentals available so you can use their bikes. Very low pressure, extremely helpful testing here. Far cry from the DMV! There's no doubt his full beginner motorcycle courses are top notch and tought with a friendly smile. Thanks Bob!

Experiencia fantástica: outstanding course Robert was not only patient with everyone but he spoke and acted like a human being never once treated us or acted better then the class if we did not understand a subject he would stop the class and everyone would either listen or also help the person who was having trouble one of the best courses I have taken I'm a Colorado First Responder I work with a local coroner's office I was once a member of a local volunteer fire Dept. so I have spent much time in class rooms I was a little saddened when the course came to an end and I got my Certificate because it was over and I had formed a bond with class members ( now Fellow Riders ) and the instructor Robert I am going to Schedule a course for experienced riders in 90-days a small price to pay for knowledge on how to ride safely !!

Experiencia fantástica: The basic rider course was the first time that I had ever ridden a motorcycle. I progressed from being a total novice to feeling confident in all the basic operations of a motorcycle and had fun while doing so. The price was lower than many other places in the area, but the quality of instruction went beyond what I would expect of even a much pricier agency. I passed, but the offer of free repeats is very nice. Overall an excellent experience.
