Experiencia negativa: Came in to apply for the school and sign up for financial aid. Website says they have financial aid, but when I came in the guy I talked to told me they didn’t. Told me to take a loan out with the bank, at the same time the guy in the next room is on the phone with someone talking about financial aid. Only thing I could think of to motivate someone to do that was the color of my skin or possibly my concerns about my background. Either way walked away from this place feeling pretty discriminated against. This was a few months ago. I explained to him as well that I wanted to wait for the charges to drop off my record in a few months to insure I could get a job. He insisted on putting my name out to possible employers that day. With him refusing to admit to finical aid , it made me feel like his motivation was to have the possible employers see my background before it cleared to disqualify me from working and applying for those company’s for whatever amount of time there policy says
