Experiencia positiva: I think they overcharged me. But when you want stuff you have to pay. But my price went from $39K to $51K because I wanted these extras and I think they overcharged me on the extras to make their money back from what they original price was. They always seem to get you in the drive-thru or out the back door. No P Diddy

Experiencia negativa: They have terrible customer service. Went in for an oil change and tires. They lost my keys! All of them. And then took 4 months to fix without calling me to keep me informed and updated. And didn’t even apologize about THEIR huge mess up. Would not recommend and am never going back. They are the worst.

Experiencia negativa: They like to play hardball with their pricing which is absurd considering how HD is doing. They have large inventory of new 2023 bikes they try to sell above list price.
