Experiencia fantástica: St. Paul HD is one of the few remaining places to get new Buell parts, and I hope it stays that way. I've ordered quite a few parts and never had any problems. Julian occasionally follows up with a thank you email and it is appreciated. I'll be buying a starter sprag clutch kit soon, which they have conveniently assembled with every part needed for the job. They keep these awesome machines running!

Experiencia positiva: This review is in regards to online buell part ordering only. The only saving grace here is the fact they have parts for buells. Otherwise it's overpriced (not by an insane margin mind you) compared to other places. My Biggest complaint however is shipping charges are insane. At least offer free shipping on orders over $100 or something. Nothing you can do though whenever they are the only place to get OEM buell parts for the most part.

Experiencia negativa: Bought my first bike here in August of 2021 and I’m still bitter about it. They overcharged me about 2- 3 grand on the bike and when I bought the bike we agreed on a 4% APR. I just checked my account again and somehow it was raised to 6%? Why do they want to burn their customers on their FIRST bike! Makes me not want to go back. I also lost the $700 gift card that they gave me when I bought the bike and I emailed them about it and they said they would replace the gift card but I never heard from them again. I doubt they would even honor their “freedom promise” they gave me.

Experiencia negativa: St. Paul Harley Davison is the worst dealership for service in the world! I dropped my bike off for service. They said it would be done in one day. They didn’t even look at it in that one day and then they went ahead and left my bike out in the thunderstorm. All my speakers got soaked poured water out of them and my saddlebags, which had subwoofers in them, had water sitting in the bottom of them, I also just had my bike detailed 2 weeks ago, I have left at least 4 voice messages sent a email and they just give me the runaround whenever I call. And when I did speak to someone he told me the service guy said I rode my bike in to the in the rain. Are you kidding me what a joke. And I I purchased my bike from this place what a joke its unbelievable

Experiencia fantástica: About a week ago I purchased a Street Glide from the dealer here. I felt pretty good about the process. Dean didn't make me feel pressured to purchase the bike at all. I felt like I could walk away and I wouldn't get hounded about it, which is a good thing. When I got home that night, I inspected the bike a bit closer and noticed the front tire was old. I talked to Dean about it the next day and he made sure it was corrected. That alone gets my approval. Willing to make things right with a customer even after the sale, when in reality he had no obligation to do anything. But he did. I feel like now I can put some serious miles on. Thanks again Dean. I'll be back when the time comes to get another bike.

Experiencia fantástica: Bought a used sportster S back in April and it came with aftermarket foot control levers which were a nightmare. Brake lever lost its nut and bolt, shift lever kept slipping off my boot causing miss shifts. Spoke with the sales manager because I didn’t feel safe and they ordered me new levers at no cost. They made the situation right and I am very thankful for that, and their customer service is great. Very satisfied with both the bike and how they handled it.

Experiencia negativa: I was in town trying to buy parts for a friends bike who was stranded on his Street Bob because he didn't have the right parts for mid-controls. Because I was visiting friends who owned a neighboring dealership, they told me they wouldn't sell me anything. Just because I was with "the competition" I was told to leave. Don't work there, not even from the same city or state. Thank God I wasn't on my H-D. Horrible way to talk someone out of the competition refusing service. Sadly, everyone else in service and motor clothes was glad to help until they were told not to!

Experiencia negativa: I arrived 1/2hr before closing. Just picking up a tee shirt. were 5 people wete standing behind the counter talking to each other. They haf one customer being waited on. I asked if one of the others could help me and they said no. That they all already closed their drawers for the night. I waited 25 min to check out and everyone of those women were rude and very unhelpfull. I will never return to that store ever!!!!

So he worked his but off to get me qualified while I was on my ride with my sportster at the time and they also stayed a little later to get the bike ready for me so by a little after 7pm I was riding away with my new bike definitely appreciate everything he did for me
