Cowboy Driving Academy in Yukon

Experiencia fantástica: Full Disclosure: My son took the in class portion through Mustang High School in July. There was a misunderstanding between my son and the instructor on what else needed to be completed to get the completion certificate. Fast forward to March and my son was ready to take his driving test and we were at a test center in OKC. However, he couldn't test without the certificate. We called the phone number and the phone operator wasn't the best. We were told we needed to go to the Yukon office so we did. The first guy (Sam I believe) looked my son up and clarified that he needed an additional 6 hours of driving time with their instructors before getting a certificate. At that point, I was uncertain if my son was going to be able to get his license anytime soon. Then, Austin (another instructor) called their boss, Matt, to get his input. He told me Matt would call me later that day to get the drives set up and they would also do the driving test for my son. Later that day, Matt called me and was very professional and helpful. He was determined to get the driving times and test completed as quickly as possible. In less than two weeks (we were out of state for spring break for several days) we got everything done and my son got his license! Pros: Austin was super helpful and a wonderful driving instructor. Matt was a blessing and made sure we got taken care of after the misunderstanding over the summer. I highly recommend this driving school! Cons: I think they should have a better telephone system. The operator couldn't connect me to anyone else. That part was very frustrating.

Experiencia negativa: First drive scheduled for today and they were a no show. Tried to call the office to see if there was a misunderstanding but no one answers even though office says they open at 9am. Went to the office too but no one is there. The drive was supposed to start two hours ago but still haven't heard from anyone. Revised 10/29 - We received a call on Monday when the office opened. We were given another drive in addition to the drive we missed with an explanation but still not a firm understanding of why we didn't get a phone call. Not cool. We were also told that the office is closed on Sunday but the door says differently.

Experiencia negativa: Pésimo servicio lo único que quieren es dinero para llenar sus bolsillos hoy cancelaré la sita de mi esposa para sus lecciones y creo iré a otra escuela mejor donde tengan un mejor servicio prefiero perder mi dinero que perder el tiempo con esta gente definitivamente no vengan aquí enserio no vengan

Experiencia negativa: Extortionists, called and emailed to cancel a drive and were still charged $75 and would not let my son do his rescheduled drive until the $75 was paid, called female receptionist to resolve the issue since we have documentation of the notice of cancellation and she was rude and and unwilling to acknowledge the email and phone call
