Experiencia negativa: Called for a tow I was stuck in the middle of the road. Waited over 3 hours. Just called a tow place direct they came out immediately and I paid out of pocket. As you can read from the other reviews, AAA just doesn't show up anymore. One driver mentioned they dont pay or something. AAA used to be good. Not anymore. Prob won't waste my money next year for my family and i Update: tow number 2 months later 3.5 hours and I'm still waiting. I have health issues and I'm freezing while waiting on the side of the road broken down. Driver called over an hour ago and said he will be here in a few minutes. And here I sit. Someone please recommend another tow service aaa has declined so bad

Experiencia negativa: So AAA does giveaways thru their emails they constantly send. Well I won $100.00 gift card from them to Napa Auto parts. Well they gave me a gift card that was expired. Been calling and passed around from person to person. Nobody wants to help it's a shame that a company this big gives out gift cards that are expired. It's been over a year now and not 1 phone calls back, nothing.

Experiencia fantástica: I called to have a flat changed. The response was quick and the driver, Bill Prante, was professional and took care of my car.

Experiencia negativa: It took over 3 hours for the tow truck to get to us. Save your money on the AAA membership and just pay for a regular tow truck. You’ll spend a few extra dollars but at least you won’t be stuck in the dark for hours and it’ll save you from the nasty attitudes of their customer service reps.
