Experiencia negativa: Driving school unprepared for an influx of students during the summer. Instructor was late on the first day, so the kids just hung out in front of the building. The second day, class times were changed the night before the class, causing my kid to be just hanging out in front of the building AFTER class. We've been unable to schedule drive time and we're 6 weeks out since the in-class portion. Owners do not value their customers time. When I asked to have a refund for the driving portion I was told they would only partially refund me since it was purchased as a package. Then said that the scheduling for drive Time next month would be posted by this weekend. Leaves me little choice but to either TRY to schedule with them, or lose money in this transaction and take him to another school to complete the course. Very unprofessional and frustrating to be on month 3 of trying to get kiddo licenced. Edit: Communication attempts via voicemail and student portal were unsuccessful. We have been trying to speak to someone since the end of July when we were told his account would be updated and he'd be able to book drive time. Not only did they only just update his account in the last 2 weeks, but there were only 3 days available for driving in August, all of which were already booked. One star review because I have definitely had better experiences elsewhere. If owners were truly concerned with the satisfaction of their customers experience with their service they are offering they would answer phones they would respond to emails they would update the kids accounts and make sure that they have drivers available to provide said service, and teachers who show up at the times parents have worked their schedules around - not wait until they get bad reviews and requests for refunds. Edit #2: it is now two weeks out since I have requested a refund for the driving portion and to have my child's paperwork gathered so that we may get his driving time done elsewhere. I have sent emails through the student portal and gotten no response!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Edit#3 Three weeks+ and still no refund or any communication from the company at all. (Other than responding to my original Google review) I will be filing a complaint with the OMV. We now have less than a month left to get his paperwork, refund and try to schedule at another company. I wish I could take away the one star rating and give zero stars.

Experiencia negativa: Can not get anyone to return my calls about setting up driving hours. It’s been a month. They tell you to check the app and I do daily but there are never new openings. I’ve called both locations because my app still shows my son never took the class but he did. Should have known when the instructor no showed and the manager had to come teach the in person class this place would be trouble. On our parent call before the class ever started another parent crashed it because they couldn’t set up driving hours. Lots of red flags but I ignored them. Getting a license is kind of important and this is a step that has to be done and they make it impossible. No problem taking my payment in full though.

Experiencia negativa: Unsure this is a legitimate company. After paying $600 and attending a 1 hour class, it's not possible to schedule driving time. No one answers phones at either of their offices. Repeated voicemails are not returned. Selecting the "talk to scheduler" option and it just hangs up on you.

Experiencia fantástica: Give Ms Patrice a raise PLEASE!! This woman is so funny, hardworking, and she makes everything so easy.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to this school because my friend went recently. This school is legitimate and worth every penny. Mr. Keaton and Ms. Patrice were super helpful, funny and the best teachers! Will definitely be recommending thus school to others!
