Experiencia negativa: I think his name is Fidel, and he was great and very patient. I took this course around August through October 2022. I don’t remember exactly what month it was, but it was around that time. The reason why I gave two stars is because over a year later and I’m still without a drivers license. Because I was 21 at that time, he just wanted me to get my drivers license so he just took me around the neighborhood to get the hours in. I think he was under the impression that I had driven on main roads but that’s not the case. Now my mother is having to teach me. And she isn’t a good teacher. I wish I could get my money back because this wasn’t cheap.

Experiencia negativa: He only drove my daughter around the neighborhoods behind the school. Never took her out on the main roads. I’m still having to teach her and it’s not easy. This is the exact reason we paid for driving school. Waste of money.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for the road test and they started me with parallel parking I was extremely nervous and when I started doing it she stop me and called me incompetent for not knowing how to do it right she made me feel extremely stupid and embarrassed I ended up leaving a few minutes later I ended up having a breakdown when I got home. Definitely don’t recommend

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best driving school you could attend. The instructors are very informative and patient when teaching you too drive. Because of this academy, my driving skills have improved astronomically, and I feel well prepared for my eventual driver license test.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter & her best friend both recently took lessons at the NRH location. They loved Miss Denise and Mr. Fidel! They answered all our questions, & are very warm, funny, and friendly. We never had a problem with scheduling. Mr. Fidel made the driving lessons relaxing and fun while they were learning proper methods. They also helped prep them for, and arranged their driving tests. Afterward, Miss Denise walked us thru the paperwork for DPS. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia negativa: This program was a waste of my money. I am very disappointed. The drive time is worthless. I don't understand why students are not able to get on the highways for practice. Scheduling to drive is a hassle, never any availability. Save your money and teach your child to drive online or find another school.

It’s a scam…they purposely set up driving times and miss them so they can say you missed it and charge you $40…the classes are way overfilled to the point there’s not enough seats for all the students. Experiencia negativa: We scheduled our first driving time slot and they canceled it and called and said the driver had a family emergency so it would be the next day instead of the day after. The time was for 8-10 my daughter showed up at 7:44 and waited until 8:15. She called and left a message that noone showed up before they left. They sent me a $40 fee saying that she didn’t show up and when I called the lady at the front was rude and said the driver was there which I guess is their scam to make extra money. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO TAKE YOUR TEENAGER.!!

Experiencia negativa: The front desk lady is the worst. So unpleasant and unprofessional. She literally asked me "where I was for my child to finish the course aka driving portion" even though the driving portion was suspended due to covid. She said they were only closed a month due to covid, which also isn't true. Misinformation and miscommunication with horrible customer service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME OR ENERGY.

Experiencia negativa: I took my daughter in to get her final test a couple weeks ago. The lady behind the desk told us we were good to go. Final driving test was scheduled for today. We arrived at the Burleson location in N Richland Hills and Kara was behind the desk. She proceeded to tell us that we are missing a couple documents to complete the test (the lady a couple weeks back could have told us that) Kara was very unprofessional and a bit rude as well. I understand this wasn't her normal location but she was acting like this was her 1st day in the job. She needs a little reading on how to talk to customers. I never write reviews but I felt like people should know what they're getting into

Experiencia fantástica: All in all it was a good experience for me. I was greeted immediately when I came in, and as soon as the examiner came back from a road test, we started. Mr. Brockie explained very carefully and clearly the point system before we left the parking lot. During the test, he probably noticed I was very nervous, so he engaged in a friendly chat to calm my nerves. When we were done, he told me what I could have done better, congratulated me, and wished me luck! :)

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. I agree with the other person reviewing in that I never was actively taught anything, my instructor took phone calls while in the car with me. I only got 3 lessons, and anytime I tried to schedule more it was always a problem! I even waited outside for a whole HOUR for my instructor and he never showed up. I complained about this and was told that the lady "tried to get in touch with me but didn't have my number " but made no apology. The receptionist is truly horrible, so rude and never did her job. I was enrolled in at the Euless location and I was never called, emailed, or otherwise contacted when they decided to close that location down!! I waited a month for a refund that apparently was never sent and in the end i had to make the trip to the North Richland Hills location with my brother in law to get my money and was treated to the worst experience as a customer I have ever had. In the end, I only got 120$ of the 250$ i paid back and I will never recommend that place to anyone!!

Experiencia negativa: Seriously the worst. The classroom portion is pretty standard but the driving portion is just atrocious. From my experience, most of the (specifically male) driving instructors were super creepy and would always low-key flirt with the younger girls. I don't know if this was intentional or they just weren't picking up on some sort of social cue, but most of the girls I drove with seemed very uncomfortable. Not to mention myself, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe as well. To elaborate, one moment that comes to mind is the time an instructor said "you remind me of my sister in law, same body type and everything." Correct me if i'm wrong but that definitely doesn't sound like something a much older man should be saying to a 15-16 year old girl. On top of that, they never taught me how to drive! Every time i'd get in the car for my PAYED DRIVING LESSONS they'd take me to a local neighborhood and tell me to make left turns for 45 minutes while the instructor would sit on his phone. There were probably 3 out of 7 lessons where I actually got on the road. Nonetheless, I left the place with very little knowledge of driving, causing me to go to pay for separate lessons at a completely different driving school. Thankfully, I know how to drive now, but didn't actually get my license until I was almost 18 due to the major setback from this place. 0/10 would not recommend. Do not waste your money here. I would go as far to say that you should actively avoid this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Over all I think this is a pretty good driving school. It's definitely a lot cheaper than other places and they also take payments which helps a lot if you have more than one teen. They are really nice about it too. Scheduling drives can be frustrating because they don't have a lot of drivers, but it looks like they've hired more people so that may change. Either way even if a kid completes their drive times they have to have their permit for six months before they take their test so it really doesn't matter if you get through them immediately or not. All in all I would definitely recommend this place.
