Experiencia negativa: If I could give ZERO stars I would

Experiencia fantástica: Took my driving test this morning, The staff were very friendly and the instructor/tester was great. Nailed my road test :)

Experiencia positiva: Was alright just need to help with parallel park practice some more

Experiencia negativa: Scheduled an appointment over the phone for my drivers license , they told me they would print everything out when I got there . I drove 30 minutes there and 30 BACK HOME after they told me I had to print all these documents out and that my mother who is 5 hours away from me would have to sign forms even tho I’m 18 years of age. Lady at the front VERY RUDE and unprofessional, she needs to be fired immediately, doesn’t know how to talk to customers that are giving MONEY to the company. Girl you are not working at the DPS office , there was no one in there besides us and another worker . There is NO reason for the unkindness . She is lucky I didn’t decide to cuss her out . Will not be returning, wouldn’t give my money to a business with employees such as her .

Experiencia negativa: Mr Guzman is a great instructor but the examiner who did the road test with me failed me twice I have autism hello shakes head
