Costenbader's School of Driving

Hello, my name is  Ean Costenbader, owner of Costenbader’s School of Driving (PDE approved.) I first began my journey of teaching Behind the Wheel to students in 2010, while simultaneously working as a special educator. Over the course of 13 years, I was privileged with the opportunity to work with students with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities of varying ages and abilities.  Throughout my instruction of Behind the Wheel, I have successfully used my experiences as a special educator to help students with their rate of acquisition by employing patience, care, and the ability to understand unique learning needs.  During the year of 2018, I purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla, with an assistive passenger side brake, and entered the field of driver training under my own entity. Later, in 2021, I closed my classroom door for a final time, and began my full time journey of providing driving instruction to individuals of a multitude of ages, abilities, and experience levels. Most recently, I have been endorsed as a vendor by the Offices of Vocation and Rehabilitation (OVR) for Berks and Schuylkill Counties for individuals with disabilities.  Please reach out to book Behind the Wheel instruction for your loved ones. Working together with AAA to provide students in Schuylkill and Northampton Counties for rate specials.  Students in surrounding counties can still participate at varying rates.  Students can take an online course through AAA which qualifies them for added incentives!
