We are transparent here at Drivers Edu. Here is what really happened. I have move if interested of lisa response.

Dear Lisa Akers

I am writing to formally inform you of the removal of Bryce Akers from our service roster due to an inability to meet his expectations, which appear to be influenced by his previous experiences with another school.

Mr. Akers joined our Driver’s Education Program on June 10, 2024 after attending a different school that was subsequently shut down. Throughout his time with us, we have maintained clear and prompt communication, both via email and phone, including direct conversations with his mother. Our records, which are available for review, demonstrate our efforts to accommodate his needs and clarify that we are a separate entity from the previous school.

Despite informing Mr. Akers that we could not guarantee program completion within his time frame we offered multiple solutions to maybe get him to his timeframe, including regular scheduling portal checks, travel to other Driver’s Edu locations with sooner availability, and added additional BTW lessons starting as early as June 22, 2024 (8 days away) for the Ellicott City location his preferred location, other locations have sooner availability Nevertheless, he left a 1-star review of our services.

Given that we have adhered to all MVA guidelines and taken extensive measures to support Mr. Akers, we regretfully conclude that we are unable to satisfy his requirements. Therefore, we will prorate a refund for services not rendered and provide all necessary documentation to facilitate his transfer to another school.

We truly value the time you took to share your review, and we deeply appreciate your trust and support.

I regret any inconvenience you may have experienced. However, it appears that the incident you mentioned did not occur at this particular location. I kindly suggest verifying the correct location or school associated with the matter. Additionally, it's worth noting that the MVA system underwent upgrades post-pandemic, leading to some data transfer challenges. Each individual with a license or ID in the state was granted access to a portal for verifying the accuracy of their account information. If your daughter's certificate was indicated as sent but not reflected, it could be attributed to a potential import issue. I recommend checking your MVA account in advance of any appointments to ensure accurate information. I'm happy your daughter was able to take her test and move forward.
