No that is not what happened. First of all the first lesson you missed without any notice due to break down in your vehicle. Second lesson you said you didn't feel comfortable with the Instructor. You then requested to stay with 1 Instructor and he has text messages with you stating he will be late. He told the office he had stomach issues that morning. Office relayed thoes messages to you. Long story short if you choose 1 Instructor and that Instructor gets sick or anything then you have to dael with that Instructors time and schedule. You choose him and then you want to complain about him. If you choose a specific person that means that specific person will show up no matter what. When Instructor got there you made him wait additional 15 minutes before saying you don't want to continue. He then told you that he will give you the full time. People get sick after covid people should know health is way more important. If he can't save himself how will he help other pass their road test with confidence??? So when you have a break down were spouse to charge you for that lesson but we didnt....Thanks for the review tho. Hope you get your CDL asap with one of the other schools in NYC. You are not allowed in Ayaan Institute anymore.

First AND FOREMOST...we gave you a Free ELDT course with your 40 hours package which no school gives for Free.. the package only includes 1 vehicle for road test.. there is other packages that include 2 road test exams. Additional road test exams cost $300 for queens plus the $40 DMV skills fee. One our training Manuel's it states were allowed to teach students on public streets 1500 feet away from any parks & schools & or DMV locations such as dmv offices and road test sites. We're not doing anything illegal here. Where we practice it's far away from any schools and parks and DMV locations. About your training lessons instructor gave you your evaluation and we do not want to discuss that on public pages like this. You know you need alot of practice and some students do take over 90 hours of training here because they lack experience. We have the best instructors in NYC here and free youtube channel for inspection and etc. You passed your pre trip inspection on first try too. Not our fault you need more practice we kept telling you that too. We will not give up free Road Test. You got the best deal possible. So many people tried to explain this to you. I'm sorry you feel like you got shorted. About your refund of $130 we told you joining that package you have to pay in full $5080.00 in order to get the ELDT course for free. You didn't take 1 hour of training because you didn't like that instructor we told you we will give you the instructor you like. You choose to get refund but we held our end of the deal and gave the FREE ELDT COURSE. so now you have a choice of either taking the 1 hour lesson if not you will loose it due to the agreement we had with the free ELDT course. Or if you want you can't pay us $100 for the ELDT COURSE & WE WILL REFUND YOU THE $130 FOR THE 1 HOUR. PLEASE LET US KNOW CALL OR TEXT 929-507-8721
