Experiencia fantástica: I just graduated from CDL University and can’t say enough about them. They have an “A List” set of instructors that I’ll forever consider each of them life long friends. They meet you on the level you’re at and carefully consider each student’s own personal learning process. EACH student is in the driver’s seat countless times EVERY DAY. If you’re looking to start a career in trucking I think you’d be crazy to consider anywhere else! I give them a 1,000 star rating!!!

Experiencia positiva: My experience with CDL U was somewhat of a challenge. Even though I signed up 3-4 weeks in advance, I was not given the information to take my drug test . When I was given my drug test papers (first day of class) I had to leave and spend all morning in line to get my drug test taken, missing the morning lesson at school. After that mishap, when we get to start driving, we had trouble with the trucks not running properly. Thus made it hard for my class to get addaquit driving experience in my opinion. On week 3 the schedule was changed up and we went from having 10 students instead of 5 per class. The only thing that made my experience better was the fact that I had Kent as my driving instructor. He has the knowledge of a driver and good training experience to helped my class in every way to learn what we needed to know in order achieve our goal of getting our CDL. I appreciate everything Kent done for my class but I think the faculty, equipment and other instructors could use some help.

From the owner all the way down the people here are GREAT people and really care about you and your career! Thanks to Darren who believed in me and help me get enrolled and Darryl the director that went out of his way to be there and SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO BUCK the instructor that made sure we were ready when we went to DPS to test! Thanks just doesn't seem good enough for everything ya'll did! I will always be appreciative and ya'll will always be in my prayers!Love ya'll mean it! Experiencia fantástica: CDLU changed my life! They didn’t just teach me how to drive a truck. They gave me the training needed to EXCEL in the job I love. The instructors and staff are not only knowledgeable and qualified, but they’re just genuinely awesome people. The very best return on investment I’ve ever made is on tuition at CDLU. It’s hard to believe I get paid so well doing what I love!!

Experiencia negativa: 2 years after I completed the school and a year after I paid off the loan they are telling me that I haven't made a payment in 12 months and I owe them over $2200, and they threatened legal action against me. I paid them almost $6000, and I have paid them every penny I agreed.

Experiencia fantástica: I want to thank my instructors "Buck" and Daryle and the rest of the CDL University owners and staff. They did a great job teaching me how to do the pre-trip inspections. In addition, I was taught how to drive and park a manual transmission semi tractor trailer. I felt prepared to take my CDL test and was able to pass the test on the first try. Thank you once again!

The instructors are not only proficient communicators, but they are Drivers with real world experience. Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a career change so I began researching schools and well this is where I ended. I greatly appreciate the skills and knowledge gained from CDL University. I was nervous because I’d never driven manual but Kent definitely made sure I mastered the technique. Now when I get in my car I try to shift gears and double clutch . My experience here was great! Experiencia fantástica: The Training I received at CDL University was the best training I've had anywhere my entire life. I have never been inside a big truck before coming here and passed my test the first time. They really treat you like family they care. I had more time in the truck than I needed. Kent was the best teacher I've ever had I was honestly ready to pass the test the 2nd week. The owner Darin is a passionate person and truly cares about his students well being. Experiencia fantástica: I looked at several schools in the area for months before deciding where I would attend classes. I chose CDL University because it was the right fit for my budget, my personal life, and my schedule. The instructors here really connected with me and didn't make me feel like I was taught wrong with the prior knowledge that I had before coming to the school. Instead they built on my knowledge and really helped bud my confidence. They take the time to ease tension when you've had a rough day and help you to learn from your mistakes Instead of focusing on them. They went the extra mile for me and I couldn't be more grateful to them for all their time and effort!

Experiencia fantástica: When Darin, the owner, said that he believes Gary is the best in the country at what he does, it's something that becomes steadily more believable as you work with him until you're fully convinced by the end of your instruction. Gary does a stupendous job at explaining and breaking every aspect of the CDL test and preparation into simple, follow-able steps. A good example is his 1-2-3 process, in simplifying even the most complicated maneuvers and memorization situations into something simple, engaging, and fun to digest throughout your learning experience. Rawley, our instructor throughout our practical portion of the training was equally amazing. Every moment of training with Rawley was absolutely delightful and it was a pleasure to have him be our instructor. He's an extremely charismatic and likable instructor with plenty of knowledge to draw instruction from. And while I may not have been the easiest person to get along with nor am I the smartest or most capable, I'm hard working and diligent and no one gave up on me when I needed it. If you're honestly looking for a one-stop-shop location to achieve your CDL, the price you pay for the instruction and engaging training you receive is absolutely worth it. Other CDL schools are congested and don't provide enough drive or backing time; you will not have this problem because the classes are designed to be small and effective. You will have at most 5 students in your class at any given time, with an instructor who's engaged with you. In gist, I'm capable of having a better future because the people here really did open up a huge opportunity for me. The bottom line is that I'm satisfied and I'm happy for the people who worked with me and the money spent on this school.

They give you the tools you need to be a successful driver!! You are able to walk into testing with confidence and the skill set to pass and obtain your CDL. Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at CDL University truly cares about their students and wants to see them succeed. Their class sizes are small which gives you more time behind the wheel. You don’t feel like a number there instead they form a partnership with you. You will need to study and listen to your instructor. They are very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and will work with you on anything you are having trouble with. So glad I chose CDLU! I now have my license and looking forward to my future career.

I'm very happy I was trained here and was able to pass my CDL test on my first time. The training is world class. I almost made a mistake and went to a different school and I'm so glad I didn't. Smaller classes means more driving time, more one on one training and that means you will pass. I will forever be in debt to them and can not thank them enough. Life changing.
