Experiencia negativa: Level 1 DUI classes was fine. instructor was really nice and all but if you ever need any help don't bother calling them. Their phone system is so confusing and messed up and anytime I get through to anyone it is the most rudest person ever. every time they do not help they do not care they have an attitude with every word they speak. and act like we are ruining their day just by simply asking them a simple question. they keep transferring me to the wrong department and then getting mad at me for apparently calling the wrong department when I was transferred by someone else on the phone

I apologize for the difficulty you experienced through our phone system. Our intent is to provide options that direct you to the department you are seeking. Our records indicate you called and were transferred to the correct person. You left a voicemail. Within 15 minutes you called back again and got transferred to the correct department, rather than an individual person. You left a message there as well. Within 10 minutes of leaving that message you posted this review. I understand you may have been frustrated with the phone system, but you spoke to the same staff member both times and she was not rude to you. She connected you with the correct department to handle your request. Your call was returned within two hours and another certificate has already been placed in the mail for you.
