Lynda, I'm sorry to hear your review of the Carlisle office is poor, based on your phone call into our central support phone line. From what I can see, it appears that your call was routed to our Support Center. As discussed today, when I reached out to you via phone, AAA Central Penn recently updated our phone system to an AI-based system that asks for more information in order to direct your call to the proper department. The AI program is still learning so your call was likely misrouted to our Support Center, instead of the local branch. The Support Center team receives a high volume of calls at times, as they also handle our roadside service calls.
