Experiencia fantástica: We bought a motorhome out of state. The dealer sent incomplete paperwork to the wrong state agency where it sat for 90 days. The entire mess was returned to us. With the help of her manager and several co-workers, McKenzie Young helped us sort the mess out. Thanks McKenzie and the entire staff.

Experiencia negativa: I called the local office and received the automated voice response asking for an extension or name of a person. I do not have that information so the voice response system is a failure. There needs to be an option to get customer assistance without knowing who works there. This is not customer friendly.

Experiencia negativa: Telephoned to update credit card info for auto renewal. On hold for over 10 minutes, this after unsuccessful attempts to use their online option. POOR service.

Experiencia positiva: FRIENDLY STAFF the woman at the front desk was fantastic …. First membership, then maps, and lastly to be set up with a travel agent to look at vacation plans. The ONLY reason for a 4-star rating was that the Carlisle office closes at 2pm.

Experiencia negativa: Probably my only 1 star review so far. Very unpleasant customer service. I came in for tag and titling service. Was quoted a price 150% above market rate. Called another nearby provider and they said it would cost substantially less. Apologized to the attendant and thanked her for her time. She tossed my drivers license and documentation at me without saying a word. Never experienced something like this before (not in US at least).
