Experiencia fantástica: Classroom portion was good and so were BTW lessons. I had Sean Poncin as my instructor for all 6 drives and he was a great teacher. He doesn’t make you feel stressed while driving at all and corrects mistakes well without getting mad or anything. Great instructor. Highly recommend ready set drive. I passed my road test first try

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience! Cathy the receptionist is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. We had 2 appointments booked about 3 weeks in advance, followed all her registration instructions and the day of the first lesson we contacted her to confirm since we had not heard anything from them. She goes on to tell us a whole bunch of nonsensical excuses on why she never booked our lesson and how the instructor is unavailable. If this was the case, why did you confirm our appointment previously and never notify us of any cancellation or issues??? We dedicated our work and personal schedule to accommodate these lessons and were completely ignored and kept out of the loop. To top it all off, despite this being 200% her fault, Cathy was very rude, argumentative, and acted like it was somehow our fault that she could not perform her basic job role. She used words to describe my wife and talk to us like “i already told your woman….and i will not argue with you…go find another driving school.” She frankly left me disgusted by her classless communication style and lack of ownership of her mistakes. If i was the business owner (Joen), i would find better help, or simply get a better website / online scheduling system instead of the very incompetent and extremely rude Cathy. Since Cathy is the person who is the first point pf contact for your customers, it is important for that person to understand customer service and be a bit competent. Currently she is giving your business a bad name.

The first time I came to make enquiry for behind the wheel lessons, the way the lady at the office put me through was top notch ( i can't remember her name ) she gave me road manual book to refresh my driving. The instructor they assigned to me was good Shawn, a great guy. He made sure I was comfortable while driving, he made sure I asked questions. Thank so you so much for a great lesson yesterday.

Experiencia fantástica: The instructors were all great and gave me a very well rounded driving education! Scheduling drives can be tricky, but overall they were easy to work with and the in-car lessons were supremely helpful. I had Patrick Slein as my classroom instructor (and for one drive) and Sean Poncin for my in-car lessons.

Experiencia negativa: Update 2: I had to take time off work to be available in the tiny 10 minute slice of time of every other week Thursday 8 am when they post appointments and you are able to log on and refresh like a madman to book appointments… my whole family also rearranged their schedules on a dime to drive my kid there when we got called about random cancellation openings… and so we met the behind the wheel requirement, hallelujah. My friends’ kids went to a competitor driving school and they scheduled with them directly and had plenty availability. I am raising my review to 2 stars since we did finally get it done and they worked with us to an extent, but I feel that the appointments all being snatched up so fast and literally only having a tiny sliver of time you have to rush to be online before all appointments are gone is not only unusual but self defeating and not feasible for many. It shouldn’t feel as stressful and time sensitive as the hunger games to schedule something you paid a fat stack of money for. Update 1: Their email doesn’t work, the phone isn’t being answered, they remained impossible to schedule with and now we are clearly aware we were scammed and have to start over with a new school. The instruction part was good. Getting my kid scheduled for the 8 hours of supervised driving with an instructor has been a nightmare. Every time we log in, they’re all booked. Only 1-2 weeks are open at a time. The one time we managed to get an appointment, the instructor told her we live too far and moving forward they won’t come pick her up; she’d have to come in to the Schaumburg location… not that you can schedule and get in anyway. And now we find out we pass a magical previously undiscussed 9 month deadline to get the behind the wheels done and so we won’t have completion documentation sent to the state and have to start all over with a different school.

Experiencia fantástica: This driving school is phenomenal! They truly help your teenager, feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel in the classroom. They truly care about your child, and that just out to make money. I have had amazing experiences with all of them, but would love to highlight, Cathy And Maggie. I came to this driving school because it was Highly recommended. So now I’m here writing in a review because I highly recommend this driving school.

Experiencia negativa: Could not get a driving class scheduled for my daughter using their online scheduling for months after taking classroom instruction. No response to phone messages left. A rather frustrating and perplexing experience. All spots for driving instruction seem to vanish as soon as they are released. Will have to re-enroll to start again elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: I can't express how deeply disappointed I am with my experience at this driving school. From start to finish, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I wouldn't wish this ordeal on my worst enemy. First and foremost, the complete lack of available instructors is absurd. It's as if they're a rare species that's gone extinct. I scheduled my lessons months in advance, only to find out that I had to wait weeks for an instructor to become available. Even then, they rescheduled multiple times, leaving me in a constant state of uncertainty. Communication is another sore point. Trying to get in touch with anyone his is akin to shouting into the abyss. Emails go unanswered, and phone calls are meant to be picked up but, there they are left unresponded ic. The lack of organization is staggering. It's as if this place is operating in the dark ages of administration. Lesson plans seemed arbitrary, and there was no clear progression in my learning. It's shocking that a school in this day and age would be so haphazardly managed. All in all, my experience with this school has been a colossal waste of time and money. If you value your sanity, time, and safety, I implore you to steer clear of this place. There are far better options out there that actually value their students and prioritize communication and organization.

Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. First and foremost, the biggest issue I encountered was the severe lack of instructors. It seemed like there were far more students than the school could handle with its limited staff. This resulted in long delays and scheduling conflicts that made it nearly impossible to book a driving lesson when I needed it. It's astonishing how a driving school could operate with such a shortage of instructors. Moreover, the communication from the school was abysmal. I never received clear and timely responses to my inquiries or concerns. Whether it was about scheduling, lesson plans, or administrative matters, it felt like the school was indifferent to my needs as a paying student. The combination of inadequate staffing and poor communication made my experience with this driving school extremely frustrating and unproductive. It's essential for any educational institution, especially one teaching a skill as crucial as driving, to prioritize student needs and ensure a smooth learning process. Regrettably, this school fell short in every aspect, leaving me deeply unsatisfied with my investment in their services. I would strongly advise prospective students to look elsewhere for a more reliable and student-focused driving school.

Experiencia negativa: The worst experience ever!!! Impossible to schedule driving classes as website is not working properly, nobody answers phone, mailbox is always full. Trying to schedule driving time with instructor for last 30 days and no luck. As soon as they get your money nobody cares about anything else. Before signing in They promised that instructor will pick up from home but now they’re saying it’s out of their range ( but on the website it says that it’s not). Very unhappy with this school and service overall.

No communication about behind the wheel lessons, and because of this we couldn't schedule for months on end or even see appointments. after this when I had finished my behind the wheels they withhold extremely important information about how to know I'm able to get my license like I should know. the classroom portion was okay but in that class it is uncomfortable for the hour or more long, and everything we get taught is either already known by the time we enter, or something we're learning by driving safely. there's so much that the school doesn't teach, while the teachers during the. classroom portion say, "they'll teach you now *blank*." Who is teaching us that? you? they can't answer basic questions half the time in depth. the communication with this school is the worst thing I have experienced as it took me well over a year and well over 200 hours with my permit to be done with the behind the wheel lessons, and when I go to my appointment at the DMV to get my license, we just now learn that the state has to approve it and there is a website for it that has never been communicated. it has taken well over a year for anything to come of this and now it's taking even longer because they decide to not say a thing about this extremely important detail. I will say however I loved the drivers I had to drive with as they didn't treat you like you were going to kill them in a car crash and it was easy to have genuine conversations with them. DO NOT USE THIS SCHOOL. ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR EFFORT

Experiencia negativa: took my driving test with this school after i finished the drivers ed course; they never submitted my paperwork or even filled out so i had to take the test again months later. now i have to wait even longer to get my license while i wait for the paperwork to go through to the state. classes were rowdy and instructions were bare minimum/lazy.

The online classes were engaging and informative and definitely prepared my son for both his written exam and his road test. Experiencia negativa: If you want to learn road rage, I guess these are the teachers you should go to. Extremely unprofessional, yells at other drivers for no apparent reason. How embarrassing for the student that was behind the wheel to have a teacher yelling at other drivers.

Experiencia fantástica: When coming into school I had no clue what to expect and what was going to be taught. When learning with my online teacher I had a blast working in a group of people, I was even able to make friends with some of them. I was able to focus on the class and listen to the teacher because he wasn’t boring and kept the class engaged. During the driving part of the class I was able to stay focused and I wasn’t getting tired because I was able to converse with my teacher. I had not practice with her in awhile because she was reluctant to try but she still did her behind the wheel sessions. I recently drove with her after she had finished all her behind the wheel sessions and was amazed at how much better and more confident she had become. She is now starting to ask if she can drive when we go places.

Many of the students from that school had not completed their classroom hours or behind the wheel sessions. Anna and Joan have now taken in dozens of students and offered discounts to many people, and have provided information on how to get our money back from the previous driving school. They are very kind and easy to schedule with, and are very accommodative. Thank you!
