Experiencia negativa: Terrible driving school i enrolled at 15 they made it so difficult to schedule road time im 18 just getting my license the easy way through the dps now as an adult do not waste your time or money here.

We are now in January 2025 and he still has not been able to do all driving lessons to be able to get his drivers license because they do not have enough drivers for the lessons. His permit expired, and I am having to renew it when he could have had his drivers license by now.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m not sure why the rating is low—my experience here was great! Scheduling a road test was super easy, with multiple options offered. Randy was very flexible when I checked in, and Ruth was the sweetest, giving me clear instructions before and during the test. I wish I had gotten the front desk lady’s name—she was so kind in letting me know DPS was open on Saturdays so I could process my results and get my driver’s license. Plus, the decoration here is so cute—you can tell they really care about this place!

Experiencia positiva: I got my permit and passed my drivers test here! Ashley, the driving instructor is really good at teaching you and guiding you through your drive times . The in person classes aren’t hard at all. You just have to pay some attention to the videos and what the guy is teaching . My drivers test was fast and easy! The only thing that I didn’t like was that they don’t really answer their phone when you’re trying to schedule a drive time. You just have to go up there on your own time to schedule it. Overall the process ain’t that bad!

Experiencia negativa: Not recommended. Communication is terrible! It has been 4 months and we have only been able to schedule 2 driving lessons. We had to physically show up at the office to get the first lesson scheduled. The instructor was great though.

Full of excuses. My son finished his written part of the course but once it was time to do the driving part they are always full or not enough instructors. We payed $470 up front and won’t give us a refund for the driving part. We had to enroll him in another school. Worst experience ever !

Experiencia negativa: I enrolled my son for summer classes which went great initially, he completed his classroom time but when it came time for scheduling the driving portion they want to schedule it two months out, which is unacceptable. I was hoping to complete the process during the summer time when my son doesn't have a hectic school / sports schedule. When I requested a partial refund due to their short staffing issues causing the delay, and me finding another school with driver training as soon as today. The rep was no longer friendly and began telling me how things have changed since covid as if I was unaware of life changes and the $470 package I paid for somehow came with covid short staff restrictions which is mentallynowhere on theirwebsite. At this particular time I definitely wouldn't recommend them if your wanting a normal process. I will update once I have received a resolution. 1yr later and the company has yet to complete my teens driving lessons. The receptionist never answer or retun voice messages. This was the worst decision of my life.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible appointment was at 4pm arrived early at 3:50pm doors were locked. 4:15 Ashley arrives locks the door I'm immediately. I sit in the car for another 10 minutes she finally unlocks the door. My son just completed his driver's Ed online She asked for the paperwork and rudely says this is not the permit. I exain I was not aware I assumed the paper was the permit. She spoke to me as if I was an idiot. I scheduled the DPS appointment but it's 4months out and I ask for a refund. Was told we don't do that. She text the owner and they never responded. Some people of another race comes in and Ashley gets super friendly. I am still standing waiting on a response and she acts like she does not see the only black people standing in the corner waiting on some type of correspondence..The drive time was to be shared with two other people. I want my money or I'm going to court.

Experiencia fantástica: I learned driving here with Sean teaching me. Though I had a little knowledge of driving before getting to All American Driving School but I had no confidence on the road. Within weeks I was able to drive to work which I built on to drive now. I was also able to test and was recommended for drivers license. It was a total package and I am very thankful to them. I will without reservation recommend them to prospective drivers.

The one time they picked up out of the dozens of times I’ve called, the secretary was incredibly rude and talked over me the entire time. They don’t schedule in a timely manner and won’t call you back if you’re on a call list. I spent over $400 to get some drive time in DECEMBER. I wasn’t scheduled for a session until FEBRUARY. It’s March now and I’ve still only had the single 2-hour session when I’ve paid for 7 hours. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Experiencia negativa: I usually do not leave reviews but they are extremely rude here that it leaves me no choice. The man with the southern accent who gives the alleged “false” name as Randy needs to work on being a better person. Customer service aside, it doesn’t take much to be a decent human being. My sister (minor) called to cancel her appointment, without knowing the reason why she cancelled he proceeded to maneuver in emotion telling her she “wasted” his time (even though she cancelled within reasonable time) and hung up in her face. When confronted he lacked accountability and tried to deflect. I write this to say you should never feel comfortable enough to disrespect someone else’s child in that manner. Looking at the other reviews it shows that this place is commonly known for being rude and unkind to people.

Experiencia negativa: If I could leave zero stars I would, the front desk person by the name of "Randy" (provided a false name but I remember his thick hillbilly accent) told my SEVENTEEN sister that she has wasted his time because she cancelled her appointment (ahead of time might I add) and hung up on her face! This man is rude and very unprofessional, claiming he's been waiting for over an hour which is a definite lie because why wait for an appointment that has been previously set. I called and confronted him about it and no accountability was taken and in fact hung up on me! Worst service I have ever encountered

Experiencia negativa: Beware. If I could leave zero stars I would. The secretary at the school specifically is extremely incompetent. I’ll just start at the beginning. When I registered my son for their drivers education program, we showed up at our first appointment, and they bumped him almost 2 months into December because they did not have enough kids signed up to fill a classroom. Now, if that’s their policy, fair enough, but my one star review is primarily based on their inability to communicate about anything. They don’t communicate when they’ve rescheduled something, they miss place notes, phone calls or schedules. They do not return your phone call when you leave a message at the office. Now, fast forward several months. My son completed all of his hours in the classroom and all of his driving lessons. When we went to schedule the actual road test, the secretary, all of a sudden at the last minute, informed us that he had not completed his classroom hours . So all 26 classroom hours that he completed after he received his permit have vanished, and this poor kid had to start all over again using an online platform to make up for her incompetence. I requested to speak with the owner and of course I got no reply. I have filed a complaint with the state and I’ve been promised by the state that they will be investigated. We will see.

Experiencia positiva: only giving this 4 stars because i had to reschedule a few times but despite feeling nervous after reading some negative reviews about coming to this specific location for a road test, mine went super well & anxious-free. my tester, Ruth, was AMAZING and so kind. she made me feel so comfortable & we shared a great conversation the whole time. everyone surely has different experiences, but mine was particularly great. nice people upfront.

We signed up in Sachse and they shut down..so we were transferred to garland without even being notified. It’s been months and still can’t get the 7 lessons of drive time completed. Zero stars!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my adult driver's ed classes and road test here in October 2021, staff was very friendly and helpful. The one day adult driver's ed and my driving test was scheduled with relative ease compared to the long wait times for at DPS. Road test went smoothly and the test instructor provided instructions in calm, soothing and friendly manner.

Experiencia negativa: Ok I payed for 7 classes in February 6 and it’s July 10. So far they only have two classes recorded of drive time and it’s been a while. I asked for a refund and it took a while to argue with them. They finally agreed but there was a problem. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund unless it was the same card.I had to get a replacement card since my old one was reported stolen. My aunt told me I could get a check as a refund. My aunt told me this not them. I tried to talk with them to get an appointment but they always tell me to call them. That’s exactly what I been doing! Dont go to them they’re a scam

Experiencia negativa: This place got recommended to me by a friend, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. They robbed me of 120 dollars and I couldn’t even take the test. The guy was super nice, but the lady was very unprofessional. I went there to take my drivers test and I didn’t even get to that part all because she said I couldn’t even parallel park “right”. What does that even mean ? That’s very rude and not professional at all. She knew I could have taken the road test portion and get a couple of points off of parallel parking. How was I going to pay 120 and not even take the actually road test ? I rather go to the actually DPS.

Experiencia negativa: Staff was friendly, at first. My wife is hard of hearing and the driving instructor didn’t do the best job of accommodating. My wife said she felt extremely rushed during the test and this caused her anxiety to rise. My wife said the instructor became very rude and demeaning during the driving portion and my wife was having a hard time understanding the instructions she was given (probably because she’s hard of hearing and might need enunciation and clear speaking.)

Appointment was confirmed earlier in the day. Went to the facility after leaving voice mail and no one returned my calls. All lights out, door locked. It was 4:11 in the afternoon. Posted closing time was 6:00 p.m. Would not recommend this driving school.

They make them come back the next day and pay $50 then will not focus on the part of driving YOU NEED TO LEARN AND FOCUS ON! then they will make you pay $50 each time you fail so you can practice one more time... and so forth! - Been working my a$$ for that money and it's not that I rip off other ppl like your shady business do! Total rip off amount was about $200 and I just did not get anything back! they even want me to pay more!!! will be reporting this to the right authority!

I called the school to inquire about their driving classes, but when I informed the woman at the front desk that I had a 21 and under permit, she firmly told me that I needed to renew my permit (as I am now 24) an was required to take the adult class in order to do so. So I enrolled, only to find out once I arrived at the DPS that I did not need to take the class at all. When I returned to the school, the woman feigned ignorance and would not admit that she had cheated me and refused to return my $100. In fact, she raised her voice at me when she was trying to defend her reprehensible actions. Additionally, on the day of the class, I had also shown my instructor my permit, and he still never mentioned that I did not need to take the class. So to anyone planning to take classes here, don't. They will rob you of your money. The service is awful. The employees are awful. You're better off taking classes somewhere else. In contrast, when I called a different driving school and they immediately informed me that if I had a permit, I would not need to take the class.

They can't schedule driving times properly, they are never open, even when they say open in FRONT OF THEIR DOOR, and they have the rudest and most ignorant people sitting at the front desk. How the hell are they still a licensed driving school? I honestly don't know. I've experienced their preposterous service NUMEROUS times...this "driving school" should definitely be shut down, not just for my sake, but for everyone's.

The Lady did nothing but Curse at My Daughter! My Daughter Did Not have Any experience Driving, just her permit. I didn't pay her a penny! She kept texting me saying she wanted her $45 cash! I told her you cursed at My Daughter the whole time she was driving, you had her crying you will not get a penny from me! My Husband and I went to All American Driving School and spoke to the receptionist. She had nothing to say but "Oh Sorry" Really!?? What is wrong with you people!? The calls and texting from the so called instructor got so bad we went to Garland Police Dept to show them the texts. At No Time Ever were we contacted by Management or Owners of All American Driving School. At no time should My Daughter have had to deal with a crazy lady picking her up to be verbally abused! Stay far away from this place.

They mess up drive time schedules and then charge you no show fees for drive times you did not schedule and charge no show fees for cancellations that were done way before the 24 hour window. By pure luck you will get someone to answer phone and they obviously do not check messages. They make mistakes and expect you to pay for them.

Experiencia negativa: I feel a company teaching students to drive should obey all traffic laws. Yet everyday for 3 weeks around 245 at rowlett high school the man driving the shuttle disregards the school zone. He has flown threw every single day and fails to stop for students in the crosswalks at the schhol. Not a very good example you are setting.

Experiencia negativa: The receptionist is very rude, and inattentive. Have had to practically beg for scheduled times and information regarding getting our child's drivers license. Every time we go in there is always something else she has neglected to tell us, requiring more driving around trying to gather paperwork to get this done. The actual instruction and classes were good but the receptionist needs to be replaced with someone more competent. Just for that reason it has made this a very bad experience that has stressed us to no end. We recommend you find some other place until this one gets their act together.
