Experiencia fantástica: I'm very pleased with my transactions with Astick Driving School, especially with Ms. Nataly, who patiently guided me through the entire process. I appreciate how calmly she addresses my mistakes and how she helps you troubleshoot them. All in all, I would definitely recommend this school.

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend this school at all. At the beginning they don't let you know that you have to wait up to 5 months for the practice classes and there is nothing you can do because you have already paid them the cost of the classes. And they don't give you the correct information when you talk to them before starting the classes. Don't pay for a translator. They are scammers who charge $100 for 3 minutes of translation.

The office staff were also very prompt in addressing the my need and precise. i would recommend anyone who would like to go for driving sessions; rent car for driving. A one stop shop! Great learning as well.

Experiencia negativa: One of the worst driving schools. I only go here bc it's 3 mins from my place but has to be one of the worst hands down. Especially the instructor John who is so condescending and makes no sense as to why they put someone like him who's so inpatient. Also, the make you run errands while they're teaching you often times making you wait for them while they get their lunch, or go to the atm. And will finish driving lessons 20-30 mins before the intended times but are so quick to charge a cancellation they are so unprofessional truly. Do you research with another driving school and save your money with these scammers. Español: Una de las peores escuelas de conducción. Solo voy aquí porque está a 3 minutos de mi casa, pero tiene que ser uno de los peores sin lugar a dudas. Especialmente el instructor John, que es tan condescendiente y no tiene sentido como instructor por qué ponen a alguien como él que es tan paciente. Además, te hacen hacer recados mientras te enseñan, muchas veces te hacen esperar mientras almuerzan o van al cajero automático. Y terminarán las lecciones de manejo entre 20 y 30 minutos antes de lo previsto, pero son tan rápidos en cobrar una cancelación que realmente no son profesionales. Investiguen con otra escuela de manejo y ahorra dinero con estos estafadores

Experiencia fantástica: Excelente y rápida atención

Experiencia negativa: I normally don't write negative reviews as I don't want to hurt any businesses but felt compelled to do so with Astick. The class session was completed by my son without any issues. Driving lesson was where my son had issues. Instructor does not teach but rather reaches over and takes over. Not the only issue. Instructor was upset that I scheduled my son's first lesson without getting enough practices in. Is that the customer issue or the person at Astick that allowed me to schedule the first lesson without knowing their own policy or practice? Also, when I took in my son in for the first lesson, the lady in the front didn't even greet or say anything and I had to tell her why we were there. When the instructor came in, we were invisible to him but rather carried on conversations with the front desk lady in their own language. This went on for 10 min while we were sitting there wondering when the lesson will start since it was past our appointment time. Then abruptly, instructor asked my son for copy of his permit. Not even an introduction, hi I'm your instructor, nothing. It was as if they don't like what they do... After the first lesson, my son was so discouraged that he did not want to go back. Not only this, the instructor was so heavy on cologne, after we came home, my son said he couldn't get the cologne out of his nose and his own clothes. So I never took my son back and had my son complete his required program with another driving school. They didn't even follow up to see why my son didn't come to complete his program so I guess customer satisfaction is not their priority nor kids completing their program as long as they got their money.

Experiencia fantástica: I just took my driving text , Nathalie who was so professional, very nice and polite was my instructor, l recommend her a s Astick driving school, the registration process was very straight forward and easy,Nathalie took her time in explaining all that l was to expect, she was right on point, the short lesson with her before the actual road testing was extremely helpful, l thank you Nathalie for making this experience a great one

Experiencia negativa: Esta escuela no sirve para dar la clases de práctica cada clase tela dan cada dos meses mi hija se tubo que esperar 6 meses solo para que ledieran las 6 horas de practica si pudiera darles un 0 se las daría mal servicio te dan 2 horas de practica cada 2 meses y son 6 son 6 meses de espera pero para cobrar te conbran de un solo todo el curso

Experiencia negativa: I wish I didn't pick this school for the driver improvement program. The instructor is beyond rude. Not only is the class unbearable alone but add in a teacher who clearly doesnt want to be there either that thinks shes better than everybody and it’s a recipe for disaster. I actually went into this class wanting to learn and came out feeling insulted and didnt learn anything. I wonder if the teacher herself could learn in this type of environment, even if it’s virtual. She talks in circles. I would put zero stars if possible. Spend your money elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: The class with Mrs. Keiry was good. The material is boring, but she’s at least nice. The driving lessons, however, were horrendous. The instructors were snappy, rude, and demeaning. They would be overly strict with things that aren’t important, such as the order of which you use the parking gear and e-brake, or steering wheel position (particularly my first instructor, who told me to put my hands practically next to each other at the bottom of the wheel; unsafe and uncomfortable). The instructors focus more on teaching you how to pass the test than they do actually teaching you how to drive. The measly 6 hours we spent driving were practically useless compared to the 60 hours of regular driving that are mandated to acquire a license. The cars are nothing like what most people would drive, in terms of form factor. The instructors never took to the freeway, and one wasted valuable lesson time getting gas. An absolute waste of money. For your own sake, go somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Instructors are super friendly and knowledgeable. I did not enroll for any classes with Astick, but the instructor helped us and advised while we were practicing. I would definitely recommend this driving school based on my experience and conversation with the instructor.

Experiencia negativa: Mi novia tuvo un problema cuando iba a presentat el examen de manejo y ella había contratado el interprete y el carro y le dijeron que no había problema que ella quedaba registrada y que no había perdido su dinero. Ahora que mi novia quiere usar ese servicio por el que ya pagó , la administradora Monica se lo está negando y básicamente robándole el dinero. Hay mejores escuelas en el area

Experiencia fantástica: Had my driving test on Tuesday after some practice hours a few months ago. I had Nathaly as my instructor. She is heaven sent! As a person who struggles with severe anxiety, she is calming to be next to and makes sure you are calm and comfortable as well. I passed on my first try thanks to her encouraging words and somber demeanor. I would gladly recommend her to anyone learning how to drive.

Experiencia positiva: The driving classes were nice and effective but they rarely ever pick up the phone and call you at unreasonable hours. Another thing is the in car driving sessions are okay but the scheduling they do it more in their hours then yours. They switch me 3 time back and forth the timing and it was the day of the session a few hours before they called when I was at school and asked if I can switch my appointment from 4pm to 3pm and then I said yes and they switch back to 4pm and I had to tell my mom to rush at work and then not to rush because they kept switching the time. I’m very disappointed and upset they also didn’t sound sound about it when I told them my mom is working and you kept switching the time making it more stressful.

Experiencia negativa: The driving instructor Mrs.Keiry is unprofessional and inconsiderate. She is a very rude person who wants things her way or threatens to kick people out of the class they have already paid for. She should focus more on doing her job instead of constantly nagging about being on cameras.

Experiencia negativa: Signed my child up for classes for the 12th of April. After not receiving any information, I called and was told that the 12th was filled and that she was in the class for the 26th. That means we must now wait even longer. Very poor communication for a “ professional” company

Experiencia fantástica: I didn’t take my driving lessons with them but I pay for a class before my test in the MVA and Nathalie was amazing, she is a really good teacher.

Experiencia fantástica: Mrs K. (Kuriy) was absolutely delightful. It's unthinkable how she could keep our interest in a driving theory course with such boring contents. 10/10 recommended just for her. Only downside is they don't reply to emails. The phone line is active however. The cost is $325 at the time I'm writing this review. Will probably change later.

They helped me perfect my skills in driving through clear explanation, so that I felt very prepared for the driving skills test which I passed very easily. Monica, assisted with scheduling my practice sessions. She is very professional and was able to schedule sessions that fit my schedule. I highly recommend Astick Driving school if you are looking for a driving school and instructors. They’re awesome! :)

Experiencia negativa: I am elderly and when I registered for the class, I was very clear, I quote: I don't know how to drive and I am here to learn. Monica is very attentive to details and very respectful and always helpful. The classroom with the woman teacher was just parfait. Now to learn behind the wheel was a headache. John was my instructor and was supposed to teach me on the road including signs and others important clues for safety. But, He kept frustrating me about my English and said i should think as if i were stupid. Nobody ever insulted me that way. I had no support from the school when I reported my concerns. Sad indeed.

She helped me perfect my skills in parking and switching lanes through clear explanation, so that I felt very prepared for the road test which I passed. Her colleague, Monica, assisted with scheduling my practice sessions. She is very professional and was able to schedule weekend sessions that fit my work schedule. I had behind the wheel practice with another driving school in the area and Astick is way better because they tailor the practice to improve skills that I wanted to work on. I highly recommend Astick and Natalie if you are looking for a driving school and instructor. They’re awesome!

Experiencia negativa: The lessons in the class we're really good but it's not a good environment to learn to drive on the road. The instructor I got was constantly on his phone and he blasted the radio listening to baseball sports stantions and once he called a golf place to make an order as I was driving(he also talked to his family on the phone once to discuss dinner or a barbecuse something about food). He would also make me drive him to errands he drove to the same apartment complex twice (I'm guessing it was a relatives house) It was just a weird unprofessional environment

Experiencia negativa: Called to get information and requested to speak to a certain individual. The receptionist wouldn’t take the message and kept asking questions that I would rather discuss with the person I called to speak to. The call dropped and this clown had the audacity to call me back telling me not to hang up on her, so this time I did. Complete joke of a business with a clown at the front line. if I were you I would take my money somewhere else where they actually have some tact when they speak to you.

Experiencia negativa: The in class was wonderful! I did the weekend sessions. The price was also very low too. Lower than the competition. However the company is slow with scheduling in cars which is prohibiting me of getting my license. I finished the class part July 13th 2017 and it is now September 2017 and I am only just getting scheduled for my 2ND in car which is scheduled 2 weeks from today. If you are trying to get your license ASAP. This is not the school to do it with. I would not recommend this driving school.

Experiencia fantástica: The class room curriculum was helpful for me. They worked with me when I had to reschedule one of my driving sessions. John and Pablo both gave me good tips while I was driving that help me to pass my driving test and kudos to them as I now have my drivers license!!!

Experiencia negativa: This driving school sucks. I don't even want to give it one star. Unless they got a new driving instructors because i feel like I didn't learn crap! The guy i drove with was never paying attention and always on his phone. He made me drive to his house one time. Every time I was in the car with him it was for only like two hours and they were spent mostly in the parking lot and barely on the road or anything. I reported them and hopefully they close this place soon.
