Dayne Huval went above and beyond in getting me the proper training and documentation to meet the requirements. Am impressed with this place and highly recommend to anyone!

Experiencia negativa: The workers are very rude to you and do not help you at all and act like they want nothing to do with you.

Experiencia fantástica: This place was great. The teachers were nice and even fun. The driving instructors were very calm, knowledgeable, and willing to provide any information they could.

Experiencia negativa: The people in the front and the brown haired lady in the back were kind and helpful so I really appreciated them during this experience. Unfortunately I was wrongfully told (and even felt like an accusation from the woman who told me about it) that my car was a stolen vehicle and that I needed to go to a different DMV. After couple hours of waiting at a different DMV I was told that my vehicle was not even flagged as a stolen vehicle. Frustrated that my time was wasted over something that wasn’t even true and felt like I was accused of something that I or the person I bought the car off of would never do

Experiencia positiva: Went threw online defensive driving course. Called in to check on how I was to get my certificate, whether by email or website. Met with condescending tone, almost to say “we will get it to you when we get it to you” (didn’t catch the name of the employee) Sub par customer service. The online program was convenient. With the very little employee interaction I had, I still managed to have a bad experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Even though I took my drivers safety test 16 years ago, I’d take it another 50 times all because of Ms Kelly , she’s absolutely amazing and sure knows all about safety and driving !!

Experiencia negativa: Rude workers.They don't know how to treat people after you pay all that.Im never going their again.The only nice ones is the instructors.I will not tolerate being treated like a child.Im older than all of them and I didn't appreciate being told the church I attend is a cult..and if I was asked nicely I wouldn't have wrote a bad review .So stop lying .I was listening to a video from Church and yall had a problem with that.Express Dmv gave me no trouble when I left and went there otherwise my son was treated wonderfully and were happy he was able to take the classes he needed.

Experiencia positiva: My son had a great experience during his driver's ed course. The ladies at the front counter are nice, friendly, and helpful. After passing the driving test, we went to the DMV side to get his permit. The blonde hair lady with an inappropriately short dress was very rude. She was not friendly and I watched her roll her eyes at least 4 times while helping us. I assumed maybe she was having a bad day but after reading several reviews, apparently she's just not a nice person who seems to not like her job. I would have given 5 stars but her attitude was too terrible to ignore.

Experiencia negativa: The clerk at the very front desk was kind and patient. It was almost as if she knew her coworker was of the opposite demeanor. When I walked to the back trying to renew my license I was met with a rude, woman who took up a condescending tone toward me because I had the wrong documents for changing my address. It seems this is the same woman in many other reviews treating customers poorly. I took my business elsewhere but would like to suggest that being kind and helpful even when people aren’t fully prepared to make your job easy is probably the better choice. The laminated sheet that she whipped out to refer me to the appropriate documents was not common knowledge to me upon walking in. Maybe signs in the front or printed handouts could help to get that information out to people. I was also told that everything had to be printed as a physical copy but I literally went to a place 15 minutes away that allowed me to email them proof of residence statements to verify.

Experiencia negativa: Do not renew your driver's license at this place. They do not understand the process - they are rude and unhelpful!! Go to the Express DMV on Johnston street Much friendly easier and faster!!!! They made driver's license renewal a breeze!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The people here are very nice unlike the city government run DMV this place is patient with you. It is fast pace with getting to you. I took my driver's ED class and road skills test here.

Experiencia positiva: This place has made the drivers ed experience so amazing for my daughter. She came home actually having learned something everyday. The very only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 starts is the wait time it is going to take for her to complete the driving portion of that class. It is going to take a couple of months however, it will be one on one and I feel like she will get a lot of from that experience then when they use to do drivers ed classes with 4 people in the car.

The staff was very helpful, specifically the receptionist and Damon, the road skills test instructor. Damon went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was at ease before and during her road skills test. Would highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible. It’s in this weird cultish strip mall church. The owner is creepy and rude. The woman that prints the license is also rude and clearly hates her job. When I was doing my driving hours the lady was trying to show me pictures of her dog while I was driving and made me stop at Wendy’s for her. Sure I learned how to drive but should have went elsewhere

Experiencia negativa: Do not go to this driving school, seems like they have prejudice activity going on and that’s seem very unprofessional for an establishment as such. i would not recommend anyone go here and to please take your money and time somewhere else where they make you feel comfortable and not discriminated against. It’s really embarrassing that we are still subjected to this type of treatment and behavior. Attending this school has truly left a sour taste in my mouth, it’s truly disgusting!

Tried helping her because she printed the wrong ID and she still caught an attitude. This is the second time doing ID’s with them and we had two different ladies that were equally as rude.

Experiencia fantástica: I visited Southwest Safety Training to apply for a replacement car title. I found the service rep to be knowledgeable and courteous. I was in and out in less than ten minutes and my cost was cheaper than the DMV had quoted.

Experiencia fantástica: Both of my older sons have taken the driver training courses at Southwest Safety and both have passed their DMV written and driving tests on the first try! The people at Southwest Safety are incredible instructors that know the material inside and out and I can recommend them very highly. You won't be disappointed with Southwest Safety. They now have a new location just down the street from their old one and it's a great facility. I'd give them ten stars if there were such a thing. Go to Southwest before you go anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Of the 6 instructors I came in contact with, for driving, teaching, and just in passing, I can only say that 3 were patient, kind, and pleasurable to be around. The worker that takes the photos and prints the permits and licenses is incredibly rude. The two receptionist at the front I came in contact with, very sad I didn't get their names because I'd love to give them their credit, were very helpful, patient, and kind. The 2 receptionist, the 3 instructors I mentioned, and the low wait time are the only thing that earns them even a little bit of credit. If you would like to be taught in an air of unease and be held to unreasonable standards without the slightest bit of patience and respect being given to you while you're paying around $14-$20 extra to get a permit done on site after passing the driving test for the "processing fee" — which is just them finding your information, taking the picture, and printing it like the DMV does for $0-$6 extra — but can justify it because you won't wait an extra 10-15 minutes, then go here. If not, I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere. I know in the future, when I'm getting anything this place may provide, I'm going to the DMV or elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Great place for drivers education training, but very unprofessional, rude, and unknowledgeable when it comes to title transfer. Tried to overcharge on taxes, and did not accept DMV approved paperwork. Had to go to DMV who stated they obviously do not know what they were doing or simply are untrained to know the difference. Very disappointed to say the least. Don't waste your time thinking they can help with title transfer.

Experiencia fantástica: Taking into consideration all of the different drivers ed classes in the area, we choose Southwest Safety Training. The instructors were not only patient, but experienced and punctual. They were very helpful and accommodating with some of the not so practical requests that my son had. I highly recommend y'all giving them a call.
