Experiencia fantástica: This is the most professional driving school in the area. I work with many young people, and other places have been so rude and unprofessional. From start to finish, these guys were kind, professional, and encouraging to young ones. I would highly suggest taking young ones here.

Experiencia positiva: Lucia was great, she was very good at providing instruction as well as constructive criticism. The 6 hour behind the wheel training is split between three, two hour sessions which start in cities and then go up to highway and mountain driving. I had Lucia during all of my lessons and my test and she was beyond helpful. She is really great at keeping the environment calm even when stepping out of your comfort zone.

Experiencia negativa: Muy mala experiencia, leí los comentarios antes de ir y sin embargo siempre quise ir pero el señor es muy poco profesional; para empezar llegó tarde a la oficina cuando me habían programado a primera hora, si no va a poder llegar a esa hora mejor que no la programen ya que dijo que había tenido otros compromisos antes. Dice mucho la palabra pendej- sin importar quien esté escuchando y por último utiliza su carro personal para hacer el examen de conducir. Muy mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo.

The 2 women there were very understanding with my appointment being so close to close time, the car they use is great and easy to drive, and the instructor was very kind. They make it easy to not be understandably nervous, would definitely recommend.

Cómo un señor mayor le va a decir esas cosas a una joven de 17, no lo recomiendo.

El trato es pésimo me dieron una cita ( señor Fidel) para el examen y cuando llegué me dijo sin importarle lo más mínimo y sin ningún respeto por las personas que estábamos acudiendo a la cita que se había cancelado. En conclusión estoy seguro que cualquier otro lugar es mejor y más profesional.

The amount of compassion amazed me and it gave me a sense of ease. They helped direct me on what I needed to do and what steps to take. After my driving test we discussed the things I did wrong so I was aware. I will never forget them and the impact they made. I am forever greatful:)

Experiencia negativa: Leí los comentarios antes de asistir a mi examen quise experimentar por mi misma y fue la peor desicion, no lo aprobé y eso no influye por molestia en mi opinión, pero puedo compartir mi experiencia e increíble la forma de actuar, 1-indicaciones tardías en el desarrollo del examen 2-el examinador por ir anotando no va observando y da las indicaciones con su rostro al piso 3-peor aún decir q fallé en algo que ciertamente no era cierto. 4- tienes la cita a una hora y te atienden una hora después (con suerte ) 5- no tienen por qué preguntarte de que país eres ( considero) 6- si te dan las indicaciones tardías pueden obligarte hacer un cambio brusco que no es seguro. Postadata: Ni la policía de tránsito es tan autoritaria. Llegue a la conclusión que quizá lo hagan para repetir examen pagar nuevamente o orrilarte a que tomes clases. Forma de generar ingresos a su negocio. Experiencia: pongan atención a los comentarios,antes de mi desaprobaron dos personas más. Una de ellas que si manejaba bien pero no le podía aprobar ‍♀️

Experiencia negativa: My daughter had an appointment for her drivers test. They were closed and not answering the phone. Left messages and sent an email with no return call. My daughter’s 16th birthday they caused stress, anxiety and disappointment. Their response was they forgot. Who does that to a 16 year old on their birthday expecting to take their test! No apologies and haven’t refunded my money.

Experiencia negativa: 1 star because they are the most affordable in Brighton. Fidel was very unprofessional, unfortunately. He used his personal car, which was filled with trash. On the drive, he had my child transport one of his family members somewhere. He insulted my son’s driving several times, which is not what student drivers need to build skill and confidence behind the wheel. He did go on other drives with a different male instructor, who was fine.

Experiencia negativa: Fidel was an absolute jerk, he decided to be sarcastic and try to embarrass me in front of the office,I would try to ask him things he would give me a rude response, when I took my test he failed me because I didn’t stop at the stop signs when I counted every time to make sure it was a full stop, he also was trashing the last driver he gave a test to and when I would ask him a simple question he would respond with a snarky sarcastic response and had an attitude the whole time, furthermore when I showed up 30 minutes early(8:30) for my scheduled appointment he still was super late and showed up at 9:15, when I sat down to review how I did he calls out someone’s name(dulce) while I’m sitting in front of him and so I assume he’s offering me a candy but he then goes on to say “is your name dulce? I didn’t think so” Fidel was extremely rude I would not recommend unless you get a different instructor. WASTE OF MONEY!

Made sure she understood everything she needed before she took her permit test. They are amazing I will be returning to take my son in a couple months thank you so much for giving the time and attention my daughter needed. My daughter loved her instructor she’s amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: The overall experience was good. The lady that took me on my test was very nice and made the test seem more fun. When I made a mistake she made sure not to make the drive anymore stressful than it needed to be and thoroughly explained what I did wrong to improve on later. I was able to pass my first time going in and recommend coming here. They have nice semi-new testing vehicles and are very clean!

Immediately after I came in the person there insulted me. They will fail you without giving you a reason. Just because as they put it , they had a “delicate feeling” that you didn’t make a full stop or whatever reason they find . They will then suggest to take their classes . All they want is your money !

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not come to this place if you want to get your driver's license, I strongly suggest that you go somewhere else. I was met with the absolute worst instructor that I've ever had. Fidel was really unprofessional and downright rude. I'd rather pay more money somewhere else than here. I honestly think that Fidel would be better off mopping a jail rather than here with that attitude of his. He humiliates you for no reason, and he doesn't have respect for anyone. I encourage to all of the people who read my review to go somewhere else, please. I am never coming back.

He must be the owner, cause if he isn’t, I don’t understand how they can employ someone who treats customers like that. He is beyond unprofessional. Experiencia fantástica: We had a scheduled driving test & everything about the experience went very smoothly and as expected. Mr. Balderas was very professional and truly cares that new drivers are doing so safely. We wore masks per their request (as so many others require at this time). These are some very simple rules to follow to have consideration for others when you don't know their complete circumstances, especially when a business has hundreds of strangers going in and out of their office on a regular basis.

Experiencia negativa: i made an appointment to take my driving test. once i showed up he gave my time slot to someone else so i ended up waiting over an hour and a half for my test to begin. once i got in his car it was messy, full of trash, and smelt awful. once the test started it was alright until he asked me if i knew how to drive and started saying i was an awful driver when i was doing everything correct, i even had a video of it. continuing the driving test he started giving my instructions in spanish when i don’t speak spanish. we pulled in and he continued to drill me about how i should be grateful he told me all those things about driving and it will build my character. he continued telling me that my college degree was absolutely worthless & should do something else with my life. he talked bad about other drivers he had that day. i wouldn’t even give this place a star. i am a 20 year old and he made me feel humiliated and i was uncomfortable with him in the car. if i was 16 and with him i would cry honestly.

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible. I bought the 375$ training for behind the wheel classes. I’ve called about 20 times to schedule hours with them and they have not responded. I’m only 16 years old and I bought these classes myself. I have tried emailing for a refund and still have not got a response.

Experiencia negativa: I purchased ($395) driving courses for my 15 year-old on 6/9/21. I've left several messages and email & haven't heard back. I contacted them once again this morning via phone message and email for a refund. They seem to answer messages on this review page, which is why I'm posting this review. I'm giving this business 48 hours to refund me my money or like another reviewer on this site I'll be contacting my credit card company or will be filing a claim to small claims court. Based on the reviews I'm reading I'm not comfortable with them teaching my child.

Went in person three times to resolve and was lied to and given the run around each time. They are either lairs and thieves or grossly incompetent, either way I don't want them teaching my child. If I can't get my money back through the credit card company, we'll go through court.

Experiencia negativa: Fui a mi prueba de manejo y Fidel se porto muy poco respetuoso y profesional. Además de decir que los de Chihuahua y Aguascalientes le caen gordos, (en efecto crecí en Aguascalientes) dijo que eran los más presumidos y los que nunca pasaban las pruebas. Se la pasa diciéndonos p*ndejos a todos los que tomamos la clase para el examen escrito y la prueba de manejo. Debería de dejar de decir esa palabra, aunque a mucha gente le da risa eso es una falta de respeto.

Experiencia negativa: I recommend not coming here. My instructor was Fidel, and he was very rude and impatient. I barely learned anything because there was no constructive criticism; there were just insults. One of them being "With how you are driving, I find it hard to believe that you have done 50 hours" I did my 6-hour, behind-the-wheel driving and there were three two-hour sessions. He would be on the phone for about 45 minutes to an hour each session. The thing was, we had a trip coming up and I had been hoping to get my license before we left. We had asked if we could just cancel the second two sessions in case they didn't have any slots open for us. They flat out lied to our faces and said that we "had a contract" with them. But, when we asked to see it, they were unable to produce it. Along with this, we asked if there were any available slots with any other instructors. They then claimed that there were no other instructors. Needless to say, I ended up going to a different driving school for my test.

My daughter was very comfortable with her thanks to her easy going and kind personality. I will certainly send my other kids to Lucia in the future.

Experiencia negativa: Llegue un poco retrasada por la distancia en que vivo y aparte tarde en dar con la dirección la persona que estaba dando la clase se porto grosera diciendo que uno parecia burro, se supone que son personas profesionales, y lo dijo en frente de toda la clase es un grosero arrogante, no se como le permiten hacer eso si ese es su trabajo o asi sea el dueño, no tiene nada de humildad hacia sus clientes y para eso se le hiba a pagar no es gratis.

Experiencia negativa: Very hard to get a hold of, slow to no response, building is trashed, and their customer service is absolutely terrible! They said we had as long as we needed to get the drive time in with the instructor, then they told us we took too long and needed to pay for the last drive. I would rename this the Last Choice Driving School.

Experiencia negativa: The man we spoke to on the phone, when we called for an appointment, said, "come in as soon as you can, I will fit you in". Once we get there, 30 minutes later, I took some of his sarcasm as a joke, but then he's expressing anger that we wasted his time, since he waited for us, even though he was with another customer when we arrived. He was being annoyed I had to look my insurance up on my phone, and berating my daughter, who was there for her driver test, by saying she might not pass the test since we couldn't find close parking. We left, he wasted his own time, by first not just simply scheduling an appointment for us, secondly, by being a rude jerk. He also wasted our time, and gas. We live 15 miles outside of Brighton, and we still need a driver test.

Experiencia negativa: Make sure you get all your paperwork from the drivers Ed class and from your six hours of driving . They will try to get more money out of you by saying they sent it to you when you never receiving it .

Experiencia negativa: a few years back I came here to get some driving instruction, as well as get my driving test done because I was still a minor. My parents hadn't had time to show me all the nooks and crannies of driving (how to parallel park,how to check engine oil, adjusting mirrors etc) so I was eager to learn. I soon learned that I was not going to receive such training as the instructor we had hired was more interested in demeaning and childishly insulting me than he was in teaching me anything. I had a couple of 2 hour sessions with him and in that time all we did was drive up and down Brighton's suburban areas because he said he didn't "trust" me to drive anywhere else. On one of our sessions he finally made me drive him to the Aurora DMV so that he could file some paperwork. I spent 20 out of 120 minutes sitting in their old hoarded car that they used for lessons waiting for him to finish filing paperwork. When the time finally came for me to take my drivers test my instructor was unhappy because he deemed the test too easy. When he finally signed my paper saying I had passed the test he scolded me saying I was a bad driver who "didn't deserve it because I was a risk to anyone on the road". The pros to this place are that compared to other driving schools it's fairly cheap, however I would rather pay more to receive quality instruction than pay to receive subpar and borderline mediocre training. If you're thinking of signing your kid up for driving classes I recommend you look somewhere else, there are better places in and around the denver metro area that will provide a quality service; because honestly I'd give them no stars if Google didn't require you give at least one.
