Experiencia negativa: I am writing to express my experience with this organization's staff . I have felt as though I had lost money and time just attempting to study here. I was first introduced to the driving instructor Diego, which I felt as though he wasn't giving me clear guidance even when I was communicating my confusion. Mr.Diego did not display to me any coordination in his lessons. I felt as though there was no progress or focused agenda while learning with him. Not to say that I know more than an instructor. but if i have only 3 courses i would assume you'd have to teach me what i need to know within that time frame. A prime example is when he taught me how to park my vehicle towards the end of my 3rd lesson because I brought it to his attention. He also did not take into consideration the things that made me uneasy while I was on the wheel. For the most part my driving was very predictable, But he was frequently attempting to grab my wheel, WITH BOTH HANDS!! when he could just easily step on his emergency brakes. I had asked him multiple times if he believed we were going to crash and he replied "No". So I politely asked him to behave more calmly and be more patient with me. However, his communication style did not change so I had asked for another instructor. In order for me to change my instructor I had to speak with the lady at the front desk. in which she gave me another class out of courtesy. I wasn't going to be able to make it to that class. She called me in the middle of the week attempting to confirm my appointment. I had told her my plan to reschedule but that I couldn't be on the phone long because I was at work at the time. The day I was originally scheduled, she calls me to ask me why I didn't show up to my class in a condescending manner. I firmly believe that no staff should approach a situation with that type of demeanor because It creates a hostile environment. She proceeded to say that I had gotten a text reminder. I had to repeat myself to her,reschedule and correct her cause I did not receive any message. When I arrived on the day I rescheduled, I thought I was going insane. The women at the front desk introduced me AGAIN to Diego as if he was a new instructor to me. Being that I'm paying for these courses It made me feel super uncomfortable and undervalued. This really made me rethink receiving services from this organization. It was also very disrespectful and uncomfortable being that the instructor is now aware that I am not content and would prefer another instructor. There was also another incident in which I couldn’t arrive to one of my classes due to an emergency and I had one of my family members communicate that to the receptionist because I couldn't get in contact with them myself. receptionist felt so entitled that she proceeded by scolding my family member over the phone about me. I don’t know why she felt so comfortable to express herself like that . Maybe because she assumed that because we are of the same Dominican culture that I would understand , accept and comply with her behavior . Overall, They have no sense of professionalism and are very unorganized. Please do not commit to any package lessons here . Literally a waste of money. I spent $260 for bad customer service. I really had high hopes for them but my expectations were not even close to being met. This is referring to the school located at 1208 Franklin Ave
