Experiencia negativa: I’m baffled by the high reviews for Tony. My experience aligns with the one-star reviews. The claims about his patience and knowledge are unfounded. My son had four lessons with him, and every time he came home, he was upset and anxious. Tony refused to pick up or drop off my son because we live in a gated community, citing a past incident with another student. If you can’t fulfill your advertised services, don’t offer them. Despite my son’s high anxiety, I gave Tony the benefit of the doubt, but that was a mistake. He made inappropriate comments, like repeatedly calling my son “cute” and, shockingly, joked about killing his mother if he wasn’t careful on the road—even after I told him my son recently lost his father. I asked him to stop, but he continued making those remarks. After four lessons, Tony refused to teach my son further, claiming he wasn’t up to his standards. Honestly, good riddance. He’s rude, talks down about every other driving instructor and school in the area, and never stops talking. We’ve since switched to a nearby driving school, and the difference is night and day. My son has had five lessons there and is doing fantastic. Save your money, time, and sanity—avoid Tony.
