Yes, a driver’s permit is required before driving with the driver instructor. Students can get their permit no sooner than 10 days before the start date of class.

Once registered make sure to get the WDL# to Defensive Driving School to get started. Balance is due 30 days after start of first class. Defensive Driving School will contact the DOL where you can go to the DMV to pick up the permit.

Below are the classes that will be held In-Person. The other classes listed are Online web-based classes via Zoom.To enroll in an in-person class please find the matching Start Date below and click “Enroll”.

Experiencia fantástica: We have used DDS for our oldest two sons... we've had amazing experiences both times. All the instructors are patient and good at explaining things, very easy to schedule with them and just a really friendly group! I highly recommend them! We'll be back in 2 years for our now 13 year old to learn!
