The two gentlemen who did the testing were very professional, polite and just all around nice guys who seem like they genuinely care about providing a good customer experience while offering excellent feedback to drivers. Experiencia positiva: Connor and Cody are super helpful. We received more assistance in a brief conversation than the other company we used for the 1st drive test. Very chill, informative, and supportive, guys. My son decided to use this company for his next text as he felt this team was more honest and made him feel comfortable. *Leaving review prior to drive test, so you know it's an honest review of our experience.

Experiencia negativa: The examiner for the driving license test was very cold and rude. He failed me even though I have driven for more than 14 years of my life. Not a fair result at all. He didn’t seem to be liking his job. Even my friend told me that he looked off. We were both surprised when he failed me ….actually shocked. The next day I set up driving test at American Driving Academy team and passed with flying colors as mind you I have been driving since last 14 years. Because I had to travel out of country for a few years my license was expired for more than a year. Go to american driving academy team instead. It’s literally a minute away from this place. And they make you feel very comfortable and relaxed during the test.

On top of poor roads and a car that NEEDS realignment (You simply cannot see out of their rearview window), the instructor that I had, honestly, just wasn't friendly. Wasn't sure if it was a bad day, but the service sucked. Afterwards, I was given instruction that contradicts a lot of what I was taught from other driving schools; I want to delve into just one to keep this review brief, with that being stop signs. You WILL be marked if you stop at a stop sign, but creep forward if you cannot see both sides of oncoming traffic. LET ME REPEAT THAT After coming to a complete stop at the correct stopping position, YOU WILL BE MARKED if you need to creep forward until you can see both sides of the road. With how poor the roads near this driving school are, you will find yourself in this position. To keep the brevity of this review, this is just the tip of the iceberg of what you WILL find if you test here. DO NOT test here. I didn't believe the nitpicky reviews at first and just tested here since it was the closet and fastest to me, but I see now that there is a reason they always have slots available. There is a reason this is the lowest rated driving academy compared to their other counterparts. The instructor wouldn't even tell me that I failed, it was only after hearing their "feedback" and then hearing them ask me when I wanted to "schedule the next appointment" did I realize that I did not pass. I had to pry for confirmation. I had to pry for confirmation to an instructor that I paid $75 for. Honestly, if you don't care about basic driving safety, want to waste $75 and want your instructor to be as friendly as a brick, take your test here!

Experiencia negativa: You pay 75$ jus to drive a lemon on some old raggedy roads. They got two lights lit on the dashboard, they charger clearly needs a realignment, and you can see nuttin out the back window. The guys workin there seemed pretty nice, but that don't mean nuttin when your gonna fail because they don't have a car you can actually drive in.

Experiencia negativa: Total scam. They never actually schedule lessons. You only get to be on a wait list. Refused a refund even though my daughter wasn't able to ever get the lessons we paid for.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a scam. You pay up front, they put you off for weeks because they're "booked". When you finally give up, they refuse a refund because they suddenly have an open calendar. Save your time and your money. This is a scam.

Experiencia negativa: Don't come to this place for a drivers test. It's 100% a scam, you're almost guaranteed to fail on your first time, regardless of how experienced you are, or how well you did. I agree with most everyone else on how this is how they make money, which obviously isn't put into the company or the employees because the building is filthy and the employees look and act like ticking time bombs. Will be going elsewhere for my second test, as I was failed for things I didn't even do. Should've been vigilant about reviews first, but chose this place because of time. You'll save more time AND money if you go somewhere else. Side note, super disappointed on top of everything else because of the childish, disgusting, and unprofessional comments the owner leaves under 1 star reviews. How do you expect to run a business when that's your response? There is obviously a pattern being shown when everyone says they're failing for absolutely no reason, and instead of taking responsibility or trying to solve the problems, customers get insulted. Gross.

Experiencia negativa: This academy is a fraud, they make you take the test 2 and 3 times, for just one criterion, even if you do well in all the others you lose the test, one day they tell you for one thing and the next for another. N Don't take your driving test here, look for a fair academy.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to their school up north and had a very good experience there. I didn’t want to switch so just booked my exam here. I had my exam with Cody. It went chill. I was stressed before the test but felt welcomed and that calmed me down. I do recommend their actual driving school. You’ll pass if you listen to the instructors.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give them negative starts I would! Stay Away! There is a reason why this place's sign looks like a Ransom Note. They will come up with nit picky reasons not to let people pass so that they can make them take the test over and over. I also wonder why the require cash...

Everyone in this office is very rude and unprofessional. The actual office is filthy. The whole experience was terrible. My son went to another company and had no issues. Very disappointed.

I took a test here and after I was finished taking it I had to ask if I failed, they didn't even have the common courtesy to tell me up front. I took a separate test at American Driving Academy two days later and immediately passed. There is a reason this location is the lowest rated compared to their competitors in the area, and it is because they will scam you out of your money. Do the smart thing and pick another business.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic spot to take your driving test! They’re even more affordable than the spot next door to the DMV off union. Father and son owned and very sweet and helpful gentlemen! They Help me get my license the day I went into the DMV, which never happens. He added me onto his day, even though he was already full for the day, I can’t Express enough how grateful I am that they did that for me! Thank you again guys, I appreciate you paying it forward and helping me out last minute! I was in and out and was able to get back to the DMV to get my license within a half an hour. Don’t go anywhere else folks!

Experiencia negativa: PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR TEST HERE. I had Kevin and he was very passive. The second the test ended , he gave me constructive criticism but never told me I failed. I had to ask that. Very rude and dismissive. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY.

Experiencia positiva: Honestly, this location wouldn’t get a 4star in my opinion. I believe Cody does too much as a driving instructor. I felt Cody was looking to continue to fail my child for the money. I guess the more he failed he believed his pay rate would go up. However, Matt and Connor changed this negative experience into a positive with is why I gave a 4 star. Sorry Cody took this down a notch. I recommend both locations just request for anyone other than Cody.

Experiencia fantástica: Was very quick! The guy who did my test was named Mike I believe, and I was very nervous at first but he made it really comfortable and not super nerve wracking. He told me what I did well and what could use work, and they were very nice. Overall a lot better of an experience than I thought it would be.

There was even a mix up on the scheduling of her driving test and Conner went out of his way to help us out even though that ruined his lunch break. Thank you SO much! They consistently gave my daughter good, helpful feedback during her instruction and I feel she is a much better driver than she would have been without going there.

Experiencia negativa: I have not had a student attend this driving school. However, I was driving in our community and was almost hit by a student driver from this school who was driving with an instructor. I was driving in my own lane when the student started to change into my lane and had I not seen him and avoided his car, he would have hit me. When we stopped at the next light, the driving school student and instructor pulled up in the lane beside me and the instructor made no effort to even wave in apology. I understand that student drivers are learning, but driving instructors are tasked with making sure they are driving safely during their lessons. I called the driving school shortly after the incident to let them know what had happened and hopefully encourage them to ensure their instructors are fully attentive to the student drivers during the lesson and the person that answered the phone took a message and said she would have the owner call me. He never called. The way the school handled this situation was both disappointing and unsafe! They have a responsibility to the community to keep both their students and other drivers in our community safe on the roads.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend! I was so nervous to have to take a driving test after 30 years since I took one. The staff is professional, yet relaxed. I was given a chance to ask specific questions before we got in the car. This was a great experience.

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who is black or of color. He is taking peoples hard earned money for the first test. Then trying to schedule a second test with him to get more of your money. Plus I feel there’s some racism going on there in there. I sat there and watched him fail four Black people and passed all the white folks that was sitting in there. If you have no choice but to use the crooks, make sure you have a dash cam that records both ways.

Experiencia negativa: I have an issue, with the quality of the employment at this DMV... they lied avout someone i know passing his driving test, they said he failed, and I know this because we went to a different dmv thats closer to us, and they said he passed the second time, so why was he told he failed, was forced to pay 70$ each time, and yet when he took the test it was with the same guy , and then the third time we went elsewhere, and they said, he passed the second time after being told he failed.. Experiencia fantástica: The ONLY place to take your kids to take their driving tests! Both of my boys took their driving tests here, and both had positive experiences & passed! The instructors on both occasions (a few years apart) made them feel totally comfortable, so nerves didn't become a negative factor while testing. They are extremely knowledgeable of the current CO laws, and use the test as a teaching opportunity for their clients. They have taken a normally dreaded requirement, and turned it into an incredibly positive, fun, and memorable experience! I'm beyond impressed! I HIGHLY recommend Academy School of Driving to anyone looking for a place for their teens or themselves to take the driving test or courses required to obtain a CO license.

Experiencia negativa: The man that gave my son his driving test is terrible. For one, the kid who came in before him (must have been at least 18 because no parent was him) was brought into the office and yelled at. It didn't sound like there's was any educating him on what he could do better - just yelling and being horrible to the kid. I felt so so bad for him. I was then obviously nervous for my son. When he came back he said my son passed but little did we know my son still missed points. He scored 16 out of 21. It wasn't until after we left and went to DMV that we noticed the score. He never critiqued my son I told him anything that he should work on. I felt this was extremely unprofessional. I called the company to see if they could give us a breakdown on what he did wrong and the lady mentioned she wouldn't have the report until the next day. The next day I called and another lady answered who then informed me they have no way of knowing what the breakdown was. She went on and on about how they don't receive this information and then I mentioned to her that I thought that was odd because the lady I spoke with the day before mentioned she would be able to see the results but I would need a call back the following day. Once I mentioned this to her she then realized she had basically been BS and me and told me the lady I needed to speak with was out of the office and to give her a call back later. I would definitely go with a different company over this company!

Experiencia negativa: These brainiacs won't accept a valid insurance card even though it states the policy continues until cancelled because it didn't have expiration date on it. Think about it. Anyone could start a policy, cancel it a week later, go in and they WOULD accept that. Even the DMV accepted it. Waste of time going here. Driving Scholl next door will accept a normal proof of insurance.

I had to wait a little but that was because I didnt make a schedule, I was a walk in so I had to wait to see if they can fit me in to a no show spot. My instructor was the best i cant remember her name but she's the only female there. She was a friend and respectful individual also the process was handled in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend this place for your driving test.

Experiencia negativa: I came in to take my driving test, and the large Red-headed man and the front desk seemed irritated and flustered. He spoke too fast, was impatient, and came off as rude. A young woman came in before me to take the test, and after she left to start the car, he got up PUT AN AIRPOD IN HIS EAR and then proceeded to give her the driving test! I sincerely hope that young lady passed because she was not tested fairly and what he did was VERY inappropriate and unprofessional!! I did not feel comfortable taking my test here because of his unpleasant and unprofessional behavior, so I walked out. I will take my business elsewhere!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad I walked into Academy School of Driving today for a road test. I wish I caught the name of the man who helped me, but he was great! He was very courteous and professional the entire time. The test cost the same amount as at other establishments nearby, did not require cash payments, tested me *immediately*, and as I said before they treated me with basic human decency and kindness. Flawless experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Like any typical person we hate going to the DMV. We plan for it, have to take time from work ,schedual an appointment for it and still be there all day. Well this last Friday Dmv put me thru the ringer all over a drive test. Had to go to this Dmv place to another place to ultimately be there a total of 6 hrs and three Dmvs and still didn't get to test. I was at my wits end, and my saver was just beyond the parking lot.. The Academy Driving School. The satff AMAZING. Front desk lady was the best she could see i had had the toughest day and even with only 20 mins of business time left they still took me and staied 15 mins after hours for me. I will be returning for my kids when the time is right. So I give you guys 10+ stars....Thank you so much for an amazing experiance..So glad i came in. Forget the Dmv come here for faster, kinder and convenient service..
