The written test service is available to 16 and 17 year olds. This service is needed for individuals who are not offered driver's ed and the test in school or who have failed it and not offered a retake. We save you the hassle of scheduling a written test and the trip to MVC.

This service is generally appropriate for students 16 years old looking to obtain an NJ learner’s permit which you need in order to get a graduated driver’s license (GDL). Note: You have to practice for at least 6 months after getting the permit before you are eligible to get your driver’s license.

Roadmaster is known throughout the Bergen County area as THE driving school for first time drivers. Multiple recommendations proved to be spot on. Melissa, Chris & Andy run a top notch program. A++ Everything was explained clearly, expectations met, most importantly - we felt our son was SAFE and in very capable hands while operating the vehicle during his 6 hours of training. Operating a business during Covid is challenging, Roadmaster was highly communicative and flexible to our schedule. Looking forward to the driving test in a few months with Andy!

All 3 of my children have taken their driving lessons with Roadmaster. It is a great driving school everyone is helpful and kind. Melissa was great and so accommodating when scheduling their lessons. My children had a great instructor, Andy, who was patient and really prepared them to drive. By far the best driving school ever. The service is great, the prices are good and I recommend using their car for anyone planning to take their road test. Very professional, the communication is fast and extremely patient. If you're looking into taking classes with Roadmaster Driving School, do it I definitely recommend them!!

Top notch experience, great instructors, great communication and just a great overall package! Chris, Melissa and Andy were a pleasure to deal with, would definitely recommend Roadmasters Driving Academy!

Experiencia fantástica: I loved everything about Roadmaster. A friend recommended this company to me so I contacted them. I signed up my son for the full package which was expensive but worth it. My son is an excellent driver and I thank everyone at roadmaster that helped him on his driving journey. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I hired roadmaster driving school to train my son to drive and they did a fantastic job. He passed the test on his first try you would be crazy not to hire roadmasters driving Academy.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend! The entire team was wonderful- from my daughter’s instructor (who can relate to kids), to Michelle who texted me back on a Sunday to the owner who brought my daughter to the rest. Professional all the way.

Experiencia fantástica: Both my kids used roadmaster. They are wonderful! Both kids passed on the first try. They did the refresher training for 1 hour prior. I would recommend them to everyone!
