Experiencia fantástica: What a great place to learn to drive. I highly recommend this place. If anyone is looking to book some lessons, I highly suggest you choose David B as your instructor. He gave me a lot of confidence to drive as well as super patient. Nova took care of everything for me to get my Driver’s license.

Experiencia fantástica: I had Frank, it was always a fun experience with him, he was funny but taught well. With him always in a good mood it made us more connected to him and we listened better, on top of this when he was serious we really payed extra attention.

Experiencia fantástica: Javier was a great instructor with only a few hours of road time ahead of our classes and with only 8 hours of classes with Javier total I was able to pass and get my license to due to his great communication and knowledge on the rules of the road.

Experiencia fantástica: Driving Prep Francisco was an awesome teacher! I tried learning from friends and family over the years (I’m an adult new driver), and he made sense of things that just didn’t click before. Road Test Pedro had me laughing and provided great advice, so that definitely helped me feel calm and confident for the road test! Thank you both so much! Phone Line Customer Service The customer service for scheduling and general questions was not good. You could tell they were winging it. Then, they scheduled me at the wrong location for road test and prep (luckily I caught that though). Where the phone team fell short, both Francisco and Pedro make up for it. If you had a funky scheduling experience, I would recommend following through anyways because the instructors were incredible.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very positive experience at Jefferson Patk Chicago location for my DMV driving written test prep. Staff were extremely professional and helpful and the course with test prep was very helpful. I passed the DMV written test on my first attrmpt. I recommend this service from NOVA to anyone in need.
