Experiencia negativa: Very rude employee. Not only hard to contact them but also their behavior is very rude. Also, I could not get fully refunded after canceling the service even though it was obviously because of their scheduling problem. They just took some of my money and did not offer clear evidence of it, which is a huge problem.

Experiencia negativa: Amazing instructors, terrible scheduling and communication. After a terrible experience with a driving instructor from another company, I was scared to be on the road. Ash and another instructor helped me get comfortable and reduce my anxiety around driving. I had to take a break because I was pregnant and once I was ready to take classes, I reached out to Ash about five times since July. He kept saying he will get back to me, but never got back to me. Because of the quality of instruction, I kept trying to reach out to him but he never got back to me with a time. It is November now and I can’t wait any longer. I have to learn how to drive in case something goes wrong with my baby and I have to take him somewhere in case of emergency. If he had gotten back, saying that he has no availability I would have moved on and not waited around. I found another instructor very quickly and have scheduled my additional hours. If you have a hard time reaching this company, just look elsewhere. There’s others around. PS The response stated that they never took money from me - here are screenshots of my registration with them. I'm sorry to hear that someone passed away but that was never communicated to me either. It's sad trying that the owner is trying to lie their way out of this situation when they could have owned up to things and make things right.
