Experiencia negativa: This message is for the owner. I'm sorry, but thanks to the poor Customer Service I received today from the person who said her name was Melisa and that she was the Manager, I will NEVER be able to recommend this place to anyone. Today 11/22 I was very disappointed with the Customer Service I received from her. She was rude, disrespectful, sarcastic, ironic, aggressive. I told her that she should be sent to Customer Service training, because a customer does not deserve to be treated like this, even over the phone. She is not a good listener. She doesn't know when to stop talking to start listening to the customer. I tried hard to explain and find answers and she kept talking non-stop during my conversation. How frustrating. The Dad here paid for the package of 3 lessons in advance. 1) On the 2nd appointment: I had to cancel due to family issues, and I called to cancel the day before the appointment and I even called the same day of the appointment at 7am as a reminder. I talked to her about it when she called me and that day she was normal. 2) Today she told me that I have to pay $50 fees if I want to make the appointment for my son again. Telling me that their policy says 24 hrs cancellation. I reminded her of point 1. But she insisted that I have to pay $50 fees. 3) At the 3rd appointment: the instructor was late. The parent was informed according to her notes, so I simply asked the Manager to what phone number the instructor informed that. Manager Melissa did not want to mention the phone number, and was very rude. Just for asking this, it was caos. I did not receive any message, that is why I needed to understand it. Very rude, no so sure if she hates answering or solving doubts/questions from clients. Conclusion: I am very disappointed. I told her that I wanted to speak to the owner and she immediately gave me a name and I think even an email address. OMG! No so sure, if she really cares about this business.

Experiencia fantástica: My son worked with Derek P. who is extremely knowledgeable, professional and upbeat! My son used him for his 3 driving lessons and had nothing but great things to say about him. My son clicked with him and enjoyed his lessons each time. My son passed his driving test at DMV first try, with only one minor mistake! I used driversity for my 25 year old 10 years ago (passed first time also!) as well as myself almost 30 years ago!!!! They’ve always been top notch and still going strong! Definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to learn to drive in a fun, professional and interactive way!!! Thank you Driversity for your years of great business serving our community and putting forth safe drivers!!! Definitely recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Derek was an amazing instructor for my son. Very knowledgeable and thorough in his teaching. My son always felt comfortable engaging in conversation with Derek and asking questions from their time on the road together as well as questions that came up while practicing at home. As a parent I appreciated that Derek was very communicative with me after every lesson and always made sure that I had time to ask any questions as well. I could not have asked for a better instructor for my son. We have already referred Derek and Driversity to our friends and family.

Experiencia positiva: I give this 4 stars only because my instructor. I had instructor joyce and she was wonderful a very nice lady, the only thing that gave me anxiety was when i would lightly do something wrong and she would completely grab the wheel, i just felt unsafe and uncomfortable when she did it and she did it twice. I understand we are on the road but i didn’t think it was a good idea to just grab the wheel especially with a learning driver because i was already nervous. Other then that i like the school

Experiencia fantástica: I had 2 lessons with Christina and I will possibly have more just for the practice and honestly I have no complaints! She was very helpful and prepared me for my behind the wheels test. I truly recommend doing the lessons with her, she makes you feel confident in what you are doing if you are doing it right and helps you with respectful feedback plus she is super chill! Overall I really recommend this driving school!! Very satisfied with it :)
