Experiencia fantástica: Mercedes has very patient with me. Not only did she want me to pass the road test but she would always remind me that she’s teaching me to be a responsible driver in the long run as I would be driving my daughter too. She was honest with me when I would do something wrong, there was no sugar coating, which is something I like to know where I need improvement on. Before my road test she asked me where I thought I needed to practice more on and we did exactly that and this assured me she was also taking into account my confidence level in different aspects of driving and on my last class she said ‘ today you are my Uber driver’ . That assured me that not only was I feeling ready to take road test, but she was comfortable with my driving too and she felt I was ready now for my road test. I passed my road test on my first trial and today just got my car.

Experiencia negativa: Esta es la peor escuela no la recomendaría por nada del mundo. 1-Irresponsables te dan una hora y se presentan 40 minutos más tarde. 2- El instructor quien me dio la clase no save de EDUCACIÓN quise siempre contestar con educación a sus instrucciones Con esta frase “ SI SEÑOR” en una me dice que pare el vehículo Y me dijo para de estar hablando de mas q eso a mi no me gusta. Yo le contesté que simplemente le estaba mostrando Respeto. Esa fue mi experiencia con esa escuela Por lo tanto me hace pensar que no tienen la capacidad ni la educación para tratar con personas. Todavía no entiendo en q parte le falte el respeto.

Experiencia negativa: Shady company, I called for a road test sponsorship. They wanted me to send the payment thru an app and text the driver to then have my appointment confirmed. That’s not my job. You go ahead and text your driver. Lady who answered the phone was wicked rude btw. Nah, I don’t recommend them.

Experiencia positiva: The lady was a good instructor, gave me all the tips that I needed to pass my road test. The only issue that I had with them (which is why I'm rating a 4 star) is miscommunication. I was told twice to get to the driving school location at 8 am, I got there 15 minutes earlier only to be told that my one hour driving lesson with them starts at 9, therefore I had to wait for more than an hour. Otherwise, it's a good school and you're in good professional hands!

He visto muchos, haciéndolo, pero la diferencia consiste en que si tus maestros no son, José y Mercedes, es poco probable que tengas mucha seguridad manejando. Ellos me enseñaron que cualquiera puede darte clases de manejo pero no tendrán el don que ellos tienen. Ellos son amables y a la vez exigentes, y créanme, con ellos tú aprendes a manejar, por eso los recomiendo.

Experiencia fantástica: Mercedes was a great sponsor for my road test! I had to find a car with a center console emergency brake at the very last minute, and had no luck anywhere but New Generation. I took the test at Haverhill RMV and was super comfortable the whole time. Mercedes knew the examiner and they made small talk which put me at ease.

Jose and his wife Mercedes were great people and great teachers they took there time to teach everything about driving and made sure you did it properly and correct. Would totally recommend Generation auto school to anybody who's looking to get their license and drive correctly.

Experiencia negativa: Me cobraron 150 dólares por llevarme y me dejaron una deuda de 35 dólares en motor vehículo y sin decir nada me di cuenta por que estaba revisando mi cuenta y decía que debía 35 dólares

Experiencia negativa: I asked them if I can take driving lessons with them. They didn't understand what I was asking and were just constantly telling their rule that if you don't book test through them they won't offer lessons. I understood their rule and again asked that I will cancel my road test and just need additional information about the classes. Then he asked me about where I live. N then he again told me that they don't do the service in my area which I get that generally pick up and drop services are not provided if it is not local to them or for whatever reasons. So I said that I would come for lessons myself. But he didn't understand and was just stuck on point that I will need to cancel my test then only they can offer lessons.
