I will definitely be altering my driving behaviors . Although it is a full day it did not feel that way because I was actually soaking up the knowledge .

I initially thought traffic school would be dull, but the instructor, Beatriz, turned it into an insightful and enjoyable learning opportunity. I lost track of time and absorbed everything I needed to learn. It's a strange feeling—I don't want to have any reason to return since I'm committed to being a responsible driver and following all the rules, but part of me actually wants to go back because it was so much fun! thank you!!!

My classes were in person so I didn’t know what to expect at first but I quickly realized that I had nothing to be nervous about once I got there! My class was pretty small since I did the afternoon class split up into a total of two days and I can honestly say that if it weren’t for my instructor Beatrice I don’t think I would of been able to learn the material NEARLY AS MUCH since she had an awesome way of dissecting & delivering the class material to her students she definitely made this a 10/10 experience for me and I finally have my license back after two years without so I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart

The environment for the class was very clean and organized. I was very happy with choosing Beep Beep and, if I ever need to take a class again, I will choose them again.

Experiencia fantástica: The instructor was excellent and really made the difference in the classroom (Zoom) dynamic. The material is overly repetitive, which I’m sure was done for emphasis, so it is very important to have a capable instructor with a blend of seriousness, leadership and sense of humor.

Experiencia fantástica: This company was absolutely incredible from scheduling all the way to the end of the class. My scheduling was a bit difficult being 3hours ahead and having a couple works conflicts come up last minute and they were absolutely understanding, quick to respond, and pleasant to deal with every time. As for the instructor, Eric, he was absolutely phenomenal! Patient with those that needed more instruction or time and had an incredibly sincere and non-judgmental way about him. I would absolutely recommend classes from this company if I knew anyone that needed to take them. A++++ . Thank you for making an 8hr traffic class as painless and enjoyable as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Shout out to Merandah Kallos firstly. I came into this class dreading it. 8 hours of class I thought. Though it was a class like setting, I really enjoyed it. She kept us attentive and involved. I really like that I wasn't judged, wasn't treated unfairly because I made a mistake. To others who need to take this class, here is your sign. I've heard Beatrice is a great teacher but I would recommend Merandah. Thanks guys!

Experiencia negativa: This business also does installs of interlock devices for LifeSafer and QuickStart. However the installer and desk clerk were not only improperly trained in how to charge for installs, they are extremely rude. If I wouldn’t have stuck to my with on what was clearly explained to me by QuickStart , I would’ve been charged twice for the install. They are not aware of the agreement that Quickstart has when it comes to covering the install fee upfront and charging me the customer more money per month to cover it. I have no doubt that customers have been charged double because of their lack of training. If you are going to have a QuickStart interlock installed, I would highly recommend asking your Quickstart representative for an appointment at a corporate location. Update in response to the owner’s response: I am going to have to disagree that it was only because there were no notes from “Corporate”. The employees still lacked the training to understand that an install can be covered completely by QuickStart initially. They told me three separate times that there is Beep Beep’s install fee which is separate from QuickStart’s install fee. This is not the case confirmed by three separate QuickStart employees. I tried to explain to them that QuickStart covers the initial install and charges me more per month, but they said that is impossible. So regardless of any notes they are not properly trained on the free install option provided by QuickStart.

If you don't understand something he patiently goes through the materials ensuring that each individual does understand every single slide, exercise and question. He gave me a better understanding of my bad habits and how to improve upon them and to be aware of not only my reactions and how they effect others but how I react to other drivers and how that could result in consequences that may not have the best outcome. I hope that TSS realizes that Eric is a true asset to their company. Wonderful experience!

Todays experience isn’t something you can fully put into words but I can say I am very thankful for Beatriz and Brittany. The choices I’ve made in life have been tough on me as well as on others and I want to finally make the changes I need to better myself mentally and look forward with life. I think these two amazing women should be in schools teaching this. When you grow up how I did they don’t teach you about real life or realistic things in school that can happen to one of us. Today they showed me just that. I wish I had this growing up as a kid because if I would’ve seen or heard them back then I feel as though I would’ve made different choices growing up to now. I know I cant change my passed all I can do is go forward but today really resinated in my heart. I want to be the change I hope to see in others but it starts with me. Experiencia positiva: The instructor was super nice, however my complaint is that I really expected to learn the traffic laws of Arizona in this class, I can't say that I did. I can say that this experience was just a total time suck required by the MVD. It was far more of a "try to change your behavior" class than a learn "the rules of the road in Arizona". Myself and a couple others were surprised to learn that there are different rules of the road in different states, though we didn't actually learn what they were, only that some are different. This course could really be so much more than a time and money suck. My criticism is with the course content, not the instructor, she was just doing her job with a smile.
