Stop and Go Driving School

Experiencia negativa: I just called to set my son up with their gold package. We are part of a scholarship program that pays for his driving school. I spoke with Erin who was extreme rude and unprofessional. I was communicating to Erin my need to have a bill sent to me ahead of time, as that’s what the scholarship requires when Erin responded in a condescending snarky tone with “ I was getting to that before you interrupted me”. The entire conversation I was spoken to in that rude/ unprofessional tone. I am appalled that they allow their staff to speak to customers this way. I will be posting on our scholarship boards warning other parents about this experience and encouraging them to use the other driving school options we have available.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a fantastic experience with this driving school! Both Barry and Diane were incredibly professional and kind, always going the extra mile to ensure I felt comfortable and confident behind the wheel. Their patience and dedication made the learning process stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive and supportive driving experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm in my 20s and I have always had anxiety when it comes to driving. I came to Stop and Go Driving School, and the lovely staff helped me every single step of the way. I'm happy to say that I now have my license. Experiencia fantástica: Update Sep 26, 2024: I have adjusted my rating to 5* Stop & Go reached out to me after my below review and offered me an opportunity to get out on the freeway with Wanda which I accepted and completed yesterday. Thank you so so much ❤️❤️ Living in San Tan Valley I realised I needed to get driving fast! I purchased the Gold Package and had Wanda as my instructor, she was great I always felt she explained everything in a way that I could understand and take the information away with me to work on. I do wish we was able to get on the freeway at least once or twice though as I feel that is important for a new driver. Overall I would recommend STOP & GO!

Experiencia positiva: Samm is a great driving instructor! She's professional, generous, and supportive. She tailored her instruction based on my needs, created a positive atmosphere in her driving lessons, and made sure to cultivate a defensive driving mindset while on the road. I passed my driving test on my fourth drive with her, which I know would've been impossible without her. A big shoutout to Samm!
