Experiencia negativa: Es una mala escuela solo por el hecho de que si ya no puedes ir por alguna razón ya no regresan el dinero que diste al principio, ahora se que en otras escuelas te regresan el dinero si no usaste sus servicios o si solo fuiste muy pocas veces te regresan parte del dinero pero yo solo use una hora en la escuela, y no lo use con los entrenadores, solo estuve una hora sentada viendo videos, estuve en una mala racha de salud y no pude seguir en la escuela por unos meses y cuando llamé para decir si podían regresar el dinero dijeron que no, no es justo que se queden con el dinero sin haber hecho nada, fueron 1600 dls regalados a alguien que solo va y se sienta a aprovechar el dinero de gente que a veces por alguna razón no pudo tomar las clases que dan, ni saben cómo esa gente hizo el esfuerzo de inscribirse y por mala suerte a veces no salen los planes, deben cambiar su reglamento por que para ellos es muy conveniente decir que si ya no regresas a le escuela se quedan con el dinero, y a veces no está en nuestras manos lo que está pasando si se trata de la salud, hasta cierto punto parece que están tomando dinero ajeno por gusto. Si me inscribí, ahí está la fecha, y lo que pagué, y la tablet que me dieron para estudiar en mi casa. No soy fake, ni vengo de otra escuela.

Experiencia negativa: The moment you step into the school you look at the amount of trucks they have and how many students are there and you think to yourself that it’s an amazing school. That’s where you are wrong. It took me nearly half a year to get the license because the amount of training you can do is so very minimal. The driving on the road is at max like an hour a week and their semis are not in the best conditions making the gears very hard to shift. I took the test 3 times with this school, first time I failed because the school gave me an old inspection sheet from 3 years ago and I practiced it a multitude of times just to fail. I mentioned everything in the paper but then there was 14 other items that weren’t on the paper that I didn’t mention. I had to get a different inspection paper from a different school one of my friends went too because A-1 kept giving me the wrong one. The second test I took I passed everything but couldn’t take the road test because the trailer lights did not work. They didn’t do the proper inspection before taking the truck and trailer to the dmv. I had to have the test postponed due to their mistakes. They don’t speak English fluent enough and claim in their websites that they know Spanish?!!? You can barely understand their English and the instructors are very biased to their people. If you’re an American or Hispanic like me who knows fluent English they still help their people out more than anybody else. Overall I really did not like the school and the process took 5 months more than what they claim it usually takes. To add on, I had to study everything on my own and learn everything through videos because I was their very last priority.

Experiencia negativa: Positives = They are nice people. They have trucks. They are cheap. Negatives = The instructors barely help, even the folks that spoke their language complained about the lack of help. The instructors don't speak English...or Spanish. They thought I spoke Spanish and even kept calling me amigo. I'm a white guy, that knows just enough to order a taco and beer! Another negative, you're lucky to get a truck that passes at the DMV; yes the condition of the truck may fail you! The yard which you practice is in terrible shape. The on the road driving is extremely limited! Out of an entire week I may have drove for 30 minutes. You have to fight to practice the other skills tests of backing and line change. The last complaint I can think of is the script they provide is very minimal and leaves out important information you need during the exam.
