Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed during my visit. My instructor seem very invested in his cellular device. Many red flags here. I was told when I walk in if I have all forms I replied yes they name a particular form that I did not even need to submit and had to get that resolved. They do not accept debit card I had to Zelle my funds over which I thought was odd. It crazy because the very things I got marked on and was told I did incorrectly i actually passed at another facility. I dont think it fair to tell some one what they need to work on when the moment you get in the car with me your so invested in your phone very unprofessional. I also had to wait on the person. When they did arrived I was told to go straight into the car. Never recommend this place to anyone. I have my drivers license within a few days after I failed here which is odd to me.

The front desk staff were fantastic, handling all the paperwork smoothly and efficiently. I usually dread going to the DPS because of their attitude, but here it was the complete opposite. If you need a road test, definitely come here—they’re certified and make the process easy and pleasant!

Experiencia fantástica: We had an excellent experience for my teenage daughter’s Driver’s Ed course here. I really wanted her to have in-person classes instead of online, and I didn’t find any in The Woodlands, so I made the drive to Spring so she could do them in person, and it was worth every penny! From the moment I walked in to ask questions about the process, I received the best customer service. They clearly know what they are doing, and do so with a smile, unlike so many places nowadays. They made my nervous daughter’s experience actually enjoyable for her, and she now has her license. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I did my driving test with them to get my Texas drivers license and Edward was great coming from California. I didn’t have a vehicle out here to take my driving test at the DMV and they offered to rent their car and do the test with them and I was very pleased with the service he made it very comfortable

They are all very professional & very friendly. I Have to give a big shout out to my teacher Edward! Hands down a great learning experience with him. He made me look forward to my classes instead of feeling anxious or dreading it. He definitely knows what he is doing on the road! So many great tips and techniques I feel I learned from him in such a short time. He’s full of life saving information for on the road safety and driving skills. He really pushes safety in all his lessons. I really believe it was his laid back, professional, and informative style of teaching that made all the difference. Plus , his friendly personality and chats really helped me overcome my anxiety with driving and finally enjoy the driving experience. I felt safe on the road with him , as he gave me many driving challenges on the road. I would not have tried most of the things he had me do any time soon if not for him! I am so glad I had this experience. For me, driving with a total stranger and being critiqued can be hard to deal with. But he made it easy going and I learned so much. I will carry all his tips and advice with me as I keep on practicing my driving each day. I do not believe I would have accomplished getting my license as easily as I did without his amazing lessons and without this amazing school. Experiencia fantástica: After 4x attempts trying to get my permit with dps and always missing something ended up calling a young guy from this location he was nice helpful stopped by and he explained everything I needed the process and made it as simple as it shouldve been from the beginning . he made us an appointment with dps to get the permit came back to do the road test the same day and helped make an impact account as well . by far the most helpful place ive been too

I was scared to go on the freeway until my instructor (Jaqui ♥️) helped me overcome my fear. She also helped me in correcting what I was doing wrong and was patient with me the whole time. Experiencia fantástica: A really great place to take your driving test! The first time that I reached them , they were so diligent and helpful. I spoke to Jackie on the phone and she did a run through of all the documents that I needed to take with me to my test. There is no long wait like there is at the DPS, and definitely better customer service ! I took my test with Eduardo. I was really nervous at first, but he was really understanding and helpful. I recommend this place for literally anyone, such a better experience than with the DPS!

Experiencia fantástica: I owe this place a review. I went back here a while ago to get my license, and god, just the fact that it's not the DMV is enough of a reason to give it 5 stars. I was pretty nervous for my driving test, but the instructor that went on the drive with me (I believe her name was Roxanne? I'm so sorry!) made it a much more pleasant experience. The test was easy, and I really appreciated the casual conversation throughout it. It made it much less nerve-wracking. My sister went here to do her driving test, too, and we both loved it. Thank you guys so much for saving us the ordeal of doing the DMV driving test!

Experiencia fantástica: Cypress Creek offers a very intensive driving course. My oldest was not ready to drive and I did not feel comfortable teaching him to drive. He made me nervous to teach so I went with Cypress Creek because they offer a very in depth course. There are others courses out there that are cheaper, with less experienced instructors but is that what we want for our kids? I wanted my son to learn to drive successfully and safely. He was able to do that with Cypress Creek. They did not release him until he was ready. I am 100% pleased with the course my son completed. The instructors are awesome and incredibly patient with him. They showed my son that driving is not to be feared but needs to absolutely be respected.
