Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at this DriveSafe location! I did an hour long lesson before taking my test with Zach, who was a great instructor. The lesson was very helpful for me to understand what I needed to work on and helped me feel better going into the test. Zach made me feel comfortable during the lesson and gave me great advice on overall safety, checking the rear view and side mirrors, and staying focused while driving. It was an overall enjoyable experience with an amazing instructor!!

After moving from overseas recently to Colorado, I thought that I could use a quick refresher before taking the driving test which turn out to be a best idea. Jack was able to explain so clearly some of the confusing rules in the DMV handbook and so focused on safe driving. Highly recommend DriveSafe Aurora.

Experiencia negativa: They'll fail you on purpose so you have to pay for a retest. They also don't actually show evidence for what they failed you on, they just eat your $100 and that's that.

He handled my daughter’s drive with not only professionalism but with some care To further that we went inside and spoke to Traci and Jason who were also AMAZING!!!! They got us on schedule and did it with the same professionalism and care It’s so nice to have a school in place like this and in multiple areas so that it’s convenient for everyone I know that my mind is assured with Drive Safe from the start of classes to seeing my teen officially get her license!!!!

He created a welcoming and supportive environment that helped boost my daughter’s confidence behind the wheel. The staff was equally great to work with. Communication was excellent and the manager, Traci, was helpful in selecting the courses to best meet my daughter’s needs. Thanks to this fantastic driving school, my daughter passed her driving test on the first attempt! I highly recommend this school to any parent looking for quality driving education for their child. If you’re still nervous about taking your drivers road test, I would recommend booking the 2 hr behind the wheel service. DriveSafe offer great motivation & support. Not only that, you can use their vehicle to take your drivers test. I had an amazing experience with this company. My instructor was the best as well ;)

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t normally do reviews…I tend to expect a level of service commensurate with what I pay for. I felt that I needed to publish a shout-out to DriveSafe. I am an Army Civilian stationed in Italy and am back in Colorado taking care of some family issues. While I was back in the U.S. I wanted to get my 18 year-old a driver’s license. It is something that is exceptionally difficult to do in foreign countries. I contacted DriveSafe when I arrived on the U.S. and explained my situation (i.e., a limited time and a desire to get my son a DL). Lisa and the DriveSafe team in Aurora understood my situation and ensured that my son got the drive time required and provided great guidance and instruction. My son was able to get both his permit and his license in a matter of a few weeks. I am extremely pleased that I contacted DriveSafe first. I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude for all of their assistance. The school, the instructors and the staff are top notch. Also explained everything very thoroughly. She did not make me nervous. Everything goes very smoothly. Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to thank the staff at the SE Aurora location for their incredible customer service today. While my daughters did not take their driving courses at this location, the receptionist picked up my call today and could not have been more helpful. My husband and daughter were at the DMV with her receipts of completion of the driver's ed course and permit test, but the assistant manager said her exams were not in the system and refused to scan the barcode instead of manually entering the registration code. Kaitlyn, her manager, and the compliance manager for Drive Safe sat with me on the phone for 45 minutes only to find out that the DMV representative had not clicked on the "exam" tab to see that they were in fact in my daughter's file. I cannot explain how much I appreciated them being willing to help in any way they could to make certain we figured things out without my husband having to take more time off work or my daughter missing more school to return. I can confidently refer anyone needing the driving courses to Drive Safe and am grateful for their kindness today.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience I've had with a drivers training course.. Incompetence reigns supreme at this (Aurora) location. I have had 4 kids go through this course for permit at this location, and they have never needed a picture ID. Now rescheduling permit test for the third time because the people there didn't inform us of what we needed to take the test. Then, they promptly kicked my 14 year old son out because he didn't have a pic ID? what 14 year old has a Pic ID? Ridiculous! And all for cool price of 650$. Absurd!

Experiencia fantástica: If you're struggling with a drive test, we recommend going here and getting the one hour drive time just before taking the test. My son was assigned Zach as his instructor, and learned a lot through taking the pretest lesson. Zach was encouraging and knowledgeable, made my son feel really comfortable behind the wheel. DriveSafe offers their own cars for testing, and in the Talyn's Reach area, the roads were spacious and not too crowded. We highly recommend THIS particular location and we suggest you ask for Zach, especially for a new driver who's maybe a bit nervous about testing.

Experiencia negativa: Southeast Aurora. This office has called me 3 times to cancel my sons appointment for the drive test. When I try to reach the office and get transfered no one answers the phone. I am only able to speak with an operator. They don't put any notes into the appointment so the operators have no idea why the appointment is canceled 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Experiencia negativa: EXTREMELY POOR scheduling!!! @SE Aurora. Do not waist your time or money on instructor driving time! They NEVER answer the phone OR call back!! I had to go up there MULTIPLE times personally to actually purchase the package and to schedule instructor drive times because you can't get anyone on the phone. At which EVERY SINGLE ONE of our appts were CANCELED the DAY BEFORE OR DAY OF!!!!!! 5 times in a row now we've been cancelled. Very frustrating is an understatement. Waste of our time and resources, for the cost we paid! There is no communication to the parent. And the "parent portal" doesn't work. What a joke! I always get the same excuse about "systems" not working. I WISH there was another option because I would never EVER go back there. I will not be using them for our other kid and would never recommend them!!! Update: 4/11/23 today I was told by the receptionist that instructors do not have authority to tell us anything when I communicated what we were told after having another appt "not on the books" when we showed up. I have all the email and text confirmations. However the receptionist asked them not to bump any more of our appts when instructors are not available. She said that being cancelled that often was an average amount of times to be cancelled. Just wow! Update 4/12/23: NO CALL, NO NOTIFICATION, SHOWED UP FOR A 6PM APPT AND GUESS WHAT....WE WERE CANCELLED!!! Some random lady there offered us her spot who just scheduled hers a couple days ago when we have been scheduled for weeks. THANK YOU! I CANNOT believe this!!!! The absolute worst!!!!! They admitted to seeing the notes on the schedule not to "bump" any more appointments and canceled them anyways without notification!! I am in absolute shock! How does this place stay in business?!?!?!?!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I had a BAD experience with this school, i took a 6h classes with them and asked them to focus about the test rules to be prepared. Then no one of the instructor told me about interaction mirrors rules!!!! Later I booked for the test and failed JUST because of this mistake and overall was so good!!!! So the same school didn’t alert me about this mistake and make me fail because of this!!!!!! Really I was so shocked:/ SOOO BAD EXPERIENCE!!

It is wonderful to have this resource to help your kids be road ready. With this third round Thomas has been just awesome instructing my daughter on her three drives. She wasn’t super confident starting out but he gave her that confidence and has been absolutely wonderful to interact with. The progress she made working with him is incredible. He is friendly, kind, and knowledgable. All that is left is her driving test and it is very helpful and comforting to be able to have her test with DriveSafe instead of the DMV.
