Experiencia negativa: This Driving School is extremely unprofesional they are rude to both customers and their own employees. The manager Iris needs to know how to run an efficient business. Their Permit courses are poorly designed. The lady who does driving lessons is always so cold towards students and on her phone. If you are trying to enroll yourself or loved one in a driving school I don’t recommend you enroll here for your safety out in these Texas roads.

Experiencia fantástica: Had an awesome experience for my road test today! Irish was such a nice and patient person very understanding. This was my first time going in and she welcomed me and made my road test process go smoothly. I recommend this place! Just make your appointment ahead of time and your process will go amazing and fast! You’ll be out in no time and pass the test.

Experiencia negativa: Muy mala experiencia con este lugar, despues que pague las clases para una menor y firme un contrato a la siguiente semana empezaron los problemas de comunicación de parte de ellos, que yo debia de llamar todas las semanas porque tenian horario fijo cuando eso nunca se me comunico,que no se debia ir con zapatos abiertos es decir chancletas y le explique que eso no estaba en el contrato y me decían que si hasta mas me dijeron lee las letras chiquitas cuando me enseño el contrato no decía nada sobre los zapatos y como siempre solo se disculpo y como no querían aceptar la verdad x su faltó de comunicación y atención al público decidieron que ya no podía seguir dando clases en esa escuela según las recepcionistas que había dicho el jefe un jefe que por supuesto nunca quisieron presentarme para yo poner una queja en fin esta es mi opinión no la recomiendo me maltrataron y hasta hubo rasismo

Experiencia fantástica: As an adult learner who needed to learn to drive from scratch, I was a bundle of nerves but Ms. Iris, Mr. Alan, and Ms. Clarke helped me through the fundamentals with a lot of patience and kindness throughout the multiple practice sessions, always focusing on teaching the right procedures and prioritizing safety. I took their adult learner's package and went from zero to passing my road test on my first try. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I used 111 Driving School to convert out Australian Licence to Texas and every step of the way Iris went above and beyond for us. We were dreading the 6 hour Zoom day but Iris made it so entertaining that the class flew by. She also took us on our road test and ease all our nerves and was very instructive :) cannot recommend this place enough !

This place really changed that for me. Everyone in the entire office is amazing. They are so nice and patient. I moved to Houston from California, where I had a very bad experience with instructors during driving lessons and tests. They would always wear a serious face, which scares the hell out of people and make them nervous. However, Iris was the complete opposite. She was incredibly nice and friendly. She not only pointed out my mistakes but also provided guidance on how to be more cautious and attentive in those areas where I went wrong while driving. I am truly grateful to Iris for her invaluable advice and encouragement. Thank you, Iris, for your insightful and motivating words. I wish I could leave more than a 5-star review for you.

Experiencia negativa: This is the most unprofessional driving school. The driving instructor literally gave me anxiety with the instructions she was giving, which was so inconsistent. She said I wasn’t ready for the road test, which is fine. But then I asked her to give me a refund as I live far from the area and I wouldn’t be coming back because I didn’t feel comfortable with how she spoke to me. She then said she would have to deduct a $50 administrations fee, which wasn’t part of the money I paid. She basically decided she wouldn’t give me my money back. Don’t waste your time, they are very unprofessional. Not only did was she rude to me, she walked out and slammed the door on me.
