Experiencia negativa: I got lessons from them, but they expired. I asked to reinstate them with proof. This company just wants your money and will only give you a $50 discount, that’s literally the tax. They actually got back to me in a timely manner. Don’t get lessons from them unless you’re absolutely sure you will be taking their lessons within the 3 month period. I will never be going here thanks for wasting my time and money.
Experiencia negativa: At least some instructors at the U District location of the Defensive Driving School are illegally parking in the bike lane in the front of their location. A driving school should set an exemplary example of only parking legally and safely, not endangering cyclists and implicitly teaching its students to do the same.
Hi Phillip, Can you confirm they are not parents of students? Our “New Driver” stickers are different from our vehicle wraps. You can send pictures to customer [email protected]
Experiencia negativa: You have to wait for the knowledge test on the street, no place to sit or restroom available. That's inadmissible for pregnant people, like me, and older ones. 10 minutes for the test time and still on the sidewalk of the building. Unbelievable!
Hi Renata, we apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced while waiting for your appointment. Our U-District location is by appointment only as generally our staff is scheduled with a different client prior to your scheduled meeting time. We congratulate you on passing your knowledge test and regret your disapointment with our school.
Experiencia negativa: Me and my wife(pregnant at the time) got there 20 minutes earlier for our test appointment and had to wait outside.
Hello E Maciel, we apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced while waiting for your wife's appointment.
