Experiencia negativa: Worst experience. Almost had my deferral cancelled because they did not send the e-file to the court and I was notified by the court. All of their phone numbers lead to answering machines that apparently take a week to return your call. Email responses also go straight to spam. In desperation I tried driving to their in person sites which both addresses you can find online are no longer there. They eventually did call me back after 5+ voicemails and finally did their job. Glad I paid an extra $25 for that pleasure

Experiencia negativa: I took the online version and paid for e-filing. The court told me they didn't receive anything and sent a summons. I called and Funny Bones told me I paid for the instant download version and needed to print and take it to the court myself. I explained I *also* paid for e-filing. She *then* told me they sent an email and I had to take that to court and file it myself (that's not how they describe e-filing and that's not what any definition of e-filing is). She then told me she would "re-send" the email. I never received the first one *and* that is not what E-filing is!

Experiencia negativa: I did the online course..paid 50.00 and was under the understanding my certificate would get to the court house..thats why I paid 25.00 extra..very disappointed..i received sumons to appear in court..i guess it didn't get to court :( ughh..tried calling only vm..im emailing them hopefully this will be resolved..frustrating.

Experiencia fantástica: Ladonna made this defensive driving course painless; in fact, Ladonna is so much fun that the time passed very quickly. Ladonna excelled at building a team out of the 14 of us enrolled in the class. I learned about some laws that are new to me, or are being enforced more frequently. I highly recommend Ladonna's course. It was a chilly evening, and it helped that Logan's Roadhouse had a fire burning in the fireplace.

Experiencia fantástica: I attended Ms. LaDonna's class at the Logan's in Round Rock and I actually enjoyed it! None of us are ever "eager" to attend a defensive driving course, but she does a great job keeping everyone engaged. The 6 hour course did not feel like a drag. Expect to receive information through Improv comedy, playing hangman, and going through her "shopping list". I would recommend attending one of her classes!

Not only was it very informative, there was active discussion about real life situations so the information became more purposeful, as it made it real to each one. LaDonna is the success of this program. I cannot imagine it w/any one else. Loved her & loved they way she engaged with us. Was dreading, but turned out to be a nice 6 hours (lordy, I never thought I'd say that about Defensive Driving), had a nice meal & new friends were made. Could not be happier w/the experience.

The videos are like from the 80's or something. This could be way better. I wish I could remember the name of the other class I took in the past! heed my warning go somewhere else.
