Experiencia fantástica: Glad my son chose this school out of all of the choices out there. He loved working with Kenia the most. She was supportive throughout the classes and honestly went over and beyond to help him. Thanks for helping my son pass on his first try. Keep up the good work.

Experiencia fantástica: I found a very patient instructor in Kenia, she gave very helpful tips that helped me pass my roadtest. The school staff is responsive and quick to assist with booking test etc.. def recommend

Experiencia positiva: I would rate my experience with this auto school as a disappointing. I brought my mom here to prepare for her driving license, and while I had hoped for a thorough and supportive experience, that wasn’t the case. The biggest issue was the lack of proper preparation. The instructor waited until the one-hour practice lesson on the day of the road test to teach parallel parking—a critical skill for passing the exam. This'd felt rushed and unprofessional, especially since it left my mom feeling anxious and unprepared. There was no time to build confidence or reinforce the skill, which only added unnecessary stress. Another major concern was the lack of guidance about rescheduling the road test. It was clear early on that more practice was needed, particularly for better vehicle control. However, the instructor never suggested postponing the test or taking additional classes to ensure readiness. What makes this experience even sadder is that nearly my entire family has gone through this auto school to get their licenses over the years. Unfortunately, it seems the quality and care that once defined this school are no longer the same. Given the cost and time invested, I didn’t feel this experience was worth it. The school should focus on better planning, clearer communication, and offering a more student-centered approach.

Experiencia fantástica: The best driving school around Lowell

Experiencia positiva: Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. HOWEVER, I am hopeful for my next lesson as I scheduled it with another instructor. I had an hour lesson for parallel parking with Bunrith. He was kind, but English obviously was not his first language so there was a severe language barrier. I feel that it's necessary for a driving instructor to speak and understand English 100%. Bunrith was also extremely unprofessional. He answered phone calls twice during my lesson, once in the middle of my parallel parking "lesson" which left me wondering and guessing what to do next as he continued talking on the phone. I seemed unimportant and like an inconvenience to him. Plus, for a lesson specifically about parallel parking, I only parralel parked 3 times, once on my own because he was talking on the phone. But, as I said, I am hopeful for my next lesson with a different instructor. Will update after it.
