Experiencia negativa: As a first time driver I've never had someone be kind and yet yell at you , and make you wear a mask in your own car I've been driving my family around for more than a month I came to take my driving test just to find out that she will immediately tell me that if you do this or that I'ma fail you , I have a modern car that has a camera she didn't even allow me to use it , I'm a very cautious driver my car let me know when I am going to fast and my nervous system was going out of wack with this lady did not speak to me in calming voice like they said I felt like my driving spirit was crushed down she know that I need this to drive my daughter to school asking allot of personal questions, I heard nothing positive come out of her mouth while I was driving it was all negative. I'm not the type of person that would leave a negative review but this really made me feel like I was wasting my money and time and I wanted the whole thing to end ....I'll just get another instructor that is actually kind and won't raise the voice at me and tell me as in driving you failed sooo discouraging!

Experiencia negativa: I never leave bad reviews. Never. Until now. I think this place might actually be out of business because after half a dozen phone calls and messages, we've given up. My daughter was supposed to be able to schedule a second test after failing her first one here and it's just been impossible. We went to Travis Driving School and they were fantastic, start to finish.

Experiencia fantástica: Mrs. Liz took both of our girls driving test. She truly cares and makes sure they respect the rules and dangers of the road. Yes she is though but she is also fair. No waiting, we got to take the road test on their birthdays. One failed and then passed the next day, our youngest passed first try but barely. I really appreciate her review with them afterwards. Go take your road test with Mrs Liz because you won’t have to wait in line and take your test in a calm environment.

My son completed the instructor taught program and got all positive feedback when driving with the instructor.... passed the practice driving tests with no issues. Then when it's time to test, Liz failed him 3 different times! The last time he tested she said she failed him for his tire touching the red line when he parallel parked!!!! She told him that the parallel parking was an automatic fail! And.... let me also mentioned she requires you to wear a masks while driving! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT waste your time or money with this horrible school. After she failed him for the 3rd time (let me also state we paid a total of $150 in retest fees!!!!) we made an appointment with Austin Driving School and he got a 90! The parallel parking area at Austin Driving School is SO much better and the tester was reasonable!!! I cannot say it enough, DO NOT waste your time or money at this place. This place is a complete scam and they really are just trying to find ways to get more money out of you. Her ridiculous fails shattered my son's confidence!

Staff was welcoming and patient. She gave amazing directions and instructions to the test takers, and spelled out what would make you fail. My son passed! We were both so happy. She also provided some very helpful feedback to him for his journey as a new driver. It was a pleasure working with you.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a MESS. I got there at 10.20 (they open at 10.00) The lady hadn't arrived yet. I had no appointment, so I was to get charged $125. Too expensive, but whatever... They couldn't get my card payment because the computer was not working, so they asked me to go for cash, extra waste of time for me. I was there for 1h30' waiting, watching her attending the phone over and over and again, and repeating the instructions to the people arriving after me while I needed to wait. Worst place ever. Never again.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an exceptional driving school! If you are looking to learn to drive in Texas, there is no better place. Ms Liz is a fantastic teacher who is truly passionate about teaching people to drive. In addition to being a great driving school, they do everything they can to work around your schedule.

Experiencia negativa: This school is a waist of time and money. Its a very dishonest and unorganized place. The old coach taught me wrong driving methods. Liz failed me twice on my road test and gave me unreasonable reasons. I had enough of them and went to Austin Driving School and got 94 points for my road test on my first try. Liz will never pass your first road test and if you have luck she’ll pass you the second time otherwise she’ll never pass you. Don’t go to Pflugerville Driving School unless you want to waste your time, money and learn wrong driving techniques.

Experiencia negativa: I went to this place only because Austin driving school didn't have any appointments at that time. They are so unorganized and seems like they dont use modern technology at all. The receptionist is so rude and Liz the examiner seems afraid of her. I took one lesson from the old gentleman and he gave me a lot of wrong instructions and techniques. The test route is too long and their prices are too high. Liz failed me the first time for bogus reasons like not turning my head to look at the mirrors every couple of minutes. 2nd time she had no choice but to pass me because she couldn't find anything wrong. But still she gave me only 83 points. Belive me she will find a reason to fail you the 1st time and if you are lucky and if she is in an good mood she will probably pass you. The only good thing about them is that they didn't took any money for my 2nd driving test. Don't waste your time and money at this place and just find some place else.

Our son successfully completed the 32-hour teen driving course, and arranging BTW lessons was incredibly convenient. The staff consistently kept us well informed about the requirements and how to prepare. Anytime I had a question, Dee and Liz were readily available to provide answers. His limited driving experience didn't hinder him; he excelled in the course, excelling in each session and passing his road test the first time. The classes were instrumental in fulfilling his mandatory 30 hours of behind the wheel driving log. He not only retained what he learned but also practiced during drives with us. It's been three weeks since he obtained his license, and he's now confidently commuting to work independently. We're deeply grateful to Pflugerville Driving School for instilling confidence in him and arming him with the essential skills to be a safe, defensive driver.

I was worried my nerves would get in the way of my test because I always get nervous for tests but it went good and I passed. She was the one who gave me behind the wheels test and her instructions were so clear. Her emphasis to certain key points will stay in my mind every time I take my car out. I took up a class with Mr.C as well and he was also very good. Mr.C's class instilled a lot of confidence in my driving. I highly recommend Pflugerville Driving school to those who want to learn good driving and also take up the road test without having to wait for DPS appointments.

DPS had a months long waiting list for road tests, so I was very happy that Pflugerville driving school was able to schedule her road test the following day after I called.

They told me to come within an hour with 125 in cash and she would be there alone (the old lady) she told me they give 2 tests and she failed every single person the day i went! So i called for my second test and they try to take ANOTHER 125 payment even though i’m calling within my 30 days for the second test they are a scam.

They don’t answer when we try to enquire, and when they do, they say there are no reservations for you today only to call later in the day to tell that you didn’t show up for your class. Experiencia negativa: The employees are rude. The customer service is practically non-existent. Every time I was there my test started 30 minutes after my appointment time. Ms.Liz seems like a great teacher, but she is not the best road test evaluator, she contradicts herself and is easily confused. I hate to say it but she is to old to be doing it. They will find any excuse to fail you and get more money. Do yourself a favor go to the Travis Driving School, it is not far away and you get a better instructor a better route and a better result.

They were able to give me my appointment within a few days. The instructor, I believe her name is Mrs. Liz, She was so awesome. She explained the rules and expectations before we hit the road. I also love her energy, she was so sweet and I felt so comfortable during the whole testing. When I passed the driving test, she kindly gave me a gift. It was such a sweet gesture. Experiencia negativa: I'm not sure who answers the phone for this business, but the person that I spoke to on the phone was rude. I had to call to reschedule an appointment for my daughter and I gave the woman my daughter's name and she kept telling me that my daughter doesn't go to that school and that I should try calling Austin Driving School. After I repeatly told her my daughter does go to PDS, she finally put me on hold to go check. (God forbid she had to do her job.) Anyway, I will not be going back. I do not recommend. You are better off going to Austin Driving School.

Experiencia negativa: They are the WORST and I wouldn't recommend. They way they structure their driving lessons is ridiculous and they wont work with you. They only have one driving instructor and only schedule driving lessons on Saturdays. If you need to reschedule a driving lesson, you get pushed back another month and they don't let you reschedule same month which pushes back getting a drivers license.

Mr. Brad was an excellent instructor the way he taught the class was just a A+ he made sure we knew everything we needed to know and things that wasn’t taught in class. The front desk woman I believe her name is Diana who today lied to me saying she was the owner ( I know she is NOT the owner) tried to charge me extra money for each kid for her incompetent work. She is very rude. She always says she is going to call me back and doesn’t do it. Every time I ask her to have the owner call me to discuss my problems with her, she does not tell her because the owner has not called me. Today she told me she is the big boss/ the owner as if that is suppose to intimidate me. I payed 1025.00 for her to not want to schedule my kids every time I call she has an excuse and now wants more money. I called last week she said “I will call you” that never happened so today I called and she said she never has to call parents the parents have to call her so why does she tell me she will call me to schedule but does not? I emailed her to have the real owner call me and I hope she does pass my message along because she gave me her email only.

I signed up to take the DPS road test and called to schedule my appointment. The phone attendant was kind and she took time to explain all the information I needed to be prepared for my DPS road test. I highly recommend Pflugerville Driving School and will be signing up my son this summer for their driver’s education classes.

The school has weekend and weekday hours. Liz, the owner, Director and Instructor, is an excellent teacher. She is a calm, clear, patient communicator. I brought my daughter for driving lessons almost daily for 6 days, as recommended by Liz for optimal learning. It worked! She passed her driving test. We are referring a friend from Austin to the school. It was definitely worth the drive from Austin. Also worth noting is Liz has other Instructors who gave 2 of my daughter’s driving lessons These men were great. I highly recommend Pflugerville Driving School.

Experiencia negativa: We were very unhappy with our yesterday's visit. We have never seen such restrictions anywhere. I took exams in many countries. Many states in the USA. But nowhere and I have never seen so many restrictions as in your school. Nowhere and never briefing takes more than five minutes. Yesterday we spent an hour and a half of our time just listening to unnecessary information from you and filling the same information manually in multiple forms – first, last name, phone number. We live in 21st century! You require a mask after covid, given that we have full vaccinations when all restrictions in the state have already been lifted - why? Do you categorically require everyone present to wash their hands with a sanitizer? You cannot demand it, people do it only of their own free will. You demand to have special shoes without warning about it in advance. Your site does not have this information. This is generally a violation of any rules - tell me where it says about shoes in the rules for passing exams in Texas. What is the rule and what is the number of this rule and where is it written? Or is it your personal rules? If these are your personal rules, why don't you warn about this in advance? How can you instruct a person for an hour and a half who came to take a driving test, passing successfully all the theoretical exams and having several years of driving experience? How can you require a person to bring glasses if they are in the car? Again, is this your personal requirement? Your school looks like a concentration camp more than a school, and you look like an overseer in this camp. you charge $50 for being late for a test. Why don't you pay the client if you are late? Extremely negative opinion. I do not recommend this school.

Experiencia fantástica: Overall experience was great with this driving school. We were able to get a next day appointment for 24+ yrs on road test, the instructor Liz was so nice! She sets expectations of what will be graded on the test (your fault if you don’t listen lol) and explains everything well and makes sure you understand before starting. If you need to get your on road skills test done I would definitely recommend Liz!

Experiencia negativa: Don’t deal with this school…..Very bad handling, they made me believe that I was the worst person to drive.during the training with the instructor He was always shouting on me all the time for any small things to the point that I losted focus and got more nervous every time then at the end of the lesson I asked him what was the problem he always tells me i just need more practices without explanation , I lost 550 dollars the price of sessions with them with more horribly driving experience in the first time i drivers in the states , I decided to go to Travis driving school and I got my license after after two hours of training and i passed with 91 points . Last thing the manager lady is so negative person she made me feel overwhelmed the moment i sign up with them she started talking about the reasons why she would fail me on the test.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT COME HERE. I took a “road test” two times and they will find ANY reason to fail you. Then, they charge you 75 dollars to retest! I was told I drove perfectly and made ONE mistake but STILL failed the driving test. SAVE YOUR MONEY and do not come here. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Also, the instructor is rude and she will insult you LEFT AND RIGHT to your face. She doesn’t like repeating herself and she HUFFS and PUFFS whenever you need clarification. RUN RUN RUN!!! DO NOT COME HERE.

Experiencia negativa: I don’t recommend this school at all. Unreasonable grading. I took my first test and failed because I wasn’t “observing” enough. I took their instructions and went back there at least 4 times a week to correct my errors and practice until my next test and they failed me again. I definitely suggest Austin driving’s school. I went there the day after I “failed” at Pflugerville driving school and passed with a B+. This Pflugerville driving school is definitely a money hoard. They offered me to pay $75 for one hour of driving with the instructor after I payed $100 for the driving test all together. No ma’am. Save your money. After you pass, instead of congratulating you, they tell you to give a five star rating.

The examiner was as helpful as she could be while also following all the rules. She was kind and left him with good advice for future success on the road. Well worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: After what seems like a long (when you’re so nervous) but pleasant experience, I got my license done today after receiving my passing envelope. Took my 6-hour adult driving lessons with Mr Curry who was a very good instructor making sure you knew everything you need to know. Also Ms Liz who gives the tests, takes her role very seriously to ensure the safety of everyone on the road. The adorable little gift bags from Ms Liz at Pflugerville Driving School are such a nice touch of appreciation. A group of very warm, welcoming and caring team. Although busy, they go out of their way to also try to schedule everyone within the same week or next. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a real good driving school. Mr. Currie is a really good teacher. He tells you all the tips you should know to pass the exam. I had 10hours class with him and he was so much encouraging and kind. I also asked Ms.Liz to give me a same day slot to take the test and while they did not have empty slot till one week later, she tried to put me into to the same day test list. She was so kind and supportive. Ms. Dee was so kind. She described all the steps of the evaluation before starting the test and told me about the faults that may cause me failing the test. She was behaving friendly lowing down a lot of my stress before the test. And finally they give me some beautiful gift as a reward of passing the test :) I was very happy with them in all the steps and I recommend them.
