One thing I appreciated about the program was its structured curriculum, which covered all aspects of driving thoroughly. From basic maneuvers to navigating complex traffic situations, I felt well-prepared for the road ahead and a lot of it was thanks to instructor Sabrina.

Experiencia negativa: Service was fair but i would not use their services again. My initial contact with the receptionist wasn't pleasant. Maybe it's her aggressive nature. The driving portion of the class was schedule 2 1/2 months later and then they canceled the first day because they were running behind. They're only open on weekends and dont pick you up from home. You must drive to their site.

It quickly became evident that the positive reviews I had come across were nothing more than deceptive fabrications. To begin with, the front desk lady, Sabrina Khan, set the tone for my visit with her unprofessional demeanor. Her dismissive and rude attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for her. Instead of providing assistance or addressing inquiries, she treated me and other customers with disrespect, tarnishing the image of the driving school from the very start. Sadly, the issues didn't end there. The quality of instruction at Friendly Driving School was shockingly subpar. The instructors lacked the necessary expertise and failed to deliver comprehensive lessons. Their explanations were confusing, leaving students ill-prepared for the challenges of the road. It was disheartening to witness the incompetence of the instructors, as they failed to provide the necessary skills and knowledge for safe driving practices. Beyond the inadequate instruction, the state of the facilities, including the bathrooms, was truly alarming. The bathrooms were consistently dirty, neglected, and in desperate need of proper maintenance and cleanliness. It is essential for any establishment, especially one involved in education and training, to uphold basic hygiene standards for the well-being and comfort of its customers. The lack of attention to such fundamental matters reflects a complete disregard for professionalism and customer care. Furthermore, upon closer scrutiny, it became evident that the positive reviews attributed to Friendly Driving School were far from genuine. Many of them exhibited repetitive language and excessively exaggerated praise, casting serious doubt on their authenticity. It is disheartening to discover that the driving school resorts to such deceitful tactics instead of focusing on improving their services and addressing legitimate concerns. In conclusion, my experience at Friendly Driving School was marred by unprofessionalism, inadequate instruction, neglected facilities, and fabricated reviews. The unclean and poorly maintained bathrooms further emphasized the lack of attention to basic standards. I strongly advise prospective students to seek alternative driving schools that prioritize professionalism, quality instruction, and the well-being of their customers. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale and prompts Friendly Driving School to reevaluate their practices, take the necessary steps to address these issues, and genuinely strive for improvement in all aspects of their service.

Experiencia negativa: I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with Friendly Driving School especially the Randallstown branch! I was scheduled for my driving test on the 3rd of August and I went and I was rejected to take my driving test and told to reschedule mainly because my instructor had made a mistake with filling my information. He entered in my permit number wrong which is so unprofessional and very disturbing. I live all the way in Columbia and had to take an Uber of about 100 dollars only to be told I need to reschedule because the information they had on file was different from what they had received. Everyone is very unprofessional and I hope he gets fired immediately or I will have to take some Legal action myself! This is very very unprofessional and I am highly disappointed

Experiencia negativa: I enrolled into the school late march. I paid the money like everyone else and was still asked to give an extra $100. Until this day we have no clue where that balance of $100 came from considering everything was paid for in the begging. I then began my 2 week class and had the intention that i would be completing my drive time prior to the two weeks. We were then told i would not be able to complete my drive time until September. It was April . My mother and i are really busy so our schedule clashes a lot so it was important i get my license at that time. We then end up leaving friendly driving academy and finding another place to complete my drive time . Things happened we end up coming back to friendly to re enroll me . The lady then proceeds to tell my mom “No” and that she doesn’t want to deal with us anymore and that we told other people not to come there. They are very unprofessional and rude . Please do not send yourself or child there.

While i was driving one of the tires flew off the car and i had to drive the car with only one wheel…my driving instructor fell asleep and then yelled at me because i told him it was unprofessional to try and get me to stop at Dunkin’ Donuts…do not go here
