Remember that you are paying for a service which should be tried to be the best and more so when the person is driving, you harm and terrify people. Experiencia positiva: I gave only 3 stars for the 6 hours of instruction provided by two instructors. ⚠️Unfortunately, the business owner is incredibly hot-headed and disrespectful. He lacks basic courtesy and cannot even answer simple questions properly. Remember, you're not offering free services; being respectful and polite is essential if you want to retain clients. You've lost one today. To anyone considering this driving school, there are other options that offer pick-up, drop-off, and road tests with excellent lessons. If you think this is the only school in town, think again. I’m relieved I didn’t choose them for my driving lessons or road test after the owner’s rude response to a simple question. Here’s what happened: I called to inquire about scheduling a road test and asked, "How long does a road test usually take?" The owner responded, "How long do you take to eat?" I was baffled. I explained I was asking because he conducts road tests regularly and should have a rough idea. He then rudely replied, "If you don’t know how long you take to eat, how can I say how long a road test takes?" He even yelled at me, calling my question stupid. If you can't empathize with your clients, that's really unfortunate. I expect a dismissive reply to this review as seen with other one-star reviews, but it doesn’t change my experience.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely unprofessional, hangs up on you when you are trying to have a professional discussion, what else is left, this is how you deal with customers , hats off. Doesn’t want to hear your point and just want to dominate. Never Never again with them. And apparently on your website it wasn’t mentioned that you hang up on people without listening to their reasoning, and about your cruel attitude.

Experiencia negativa: I have called this school for an enquiry for appointment and what time can come for the road test, “he told me that can come right away” than i asked do i need any appointment for the specific time i want but he never let me finish my question and start with the rude voice and sleepy voice saying that “Sir, i have told you, you can come right away thats means doesn’t required an appointment if other time than you required.” Than i again try to ask him if i come 15:00 than he just hangup the call, it was really unlawful conversation

Experiencia negativa: It’s my first driving experience and it’s awful!! Unfortunately, I got this school recommended from one of my mutual friend. I do not know where to start this to describe him how he behaved. From the first day of call, he given me the false information for everything. When I questioned it on the next day of my class, he was not even ready to explain, instead he did false claims on us. I wasted my money here and when I ask for refund he was never ready. He became verbally abusive and was absolutely rude. They are all about collecting more money. Sir, If you want to run business , customer service is the main priority. If you can’t handle your client in a polite way then business is not for you. I came with my friend, and when we raise the correct point, he was yelling at us, he was warning us because he was not able to answer us. He can barely speak any English and was upset when I asked to repeat since I couldn't understand what he's saying. He doesn’t deserve any rating and this school deserves “-0” rating if there was any option for that. Just a scrap!!! Just wondering how can someone have this kind of good rating!! Just STAY AWAY!! Waste of time, waste of money.

Not sure what happened to good old American customer service but don’t waste your money on this business. Give it to a company who appreciates you.

Experiencia negativa: The instructor became verbally abusive when I refused his advances and I became upset when he touch my leg in an inappropriate way. I tried telling him I was under age but he continued to be aggressive with me. I strongly suggest you stay away from this school.

Experiencia negativa: I called and texted asking questions about packages, I got called back from a random man. He answered the phone with “ ok tell me.” Never introduce himself never said hello or anything. When I asked who was calling me he finally introduced himself as “Mohammed from driving school “ and said nothing else. I asked my one question and even before I could finish it he hong up on me. The call was no longer than 40 seconds. Mohammed was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I can’t believe they have someone as despicable helping teens out.

Experiencia fantástica: We loved our experience at A Addison Driving School and can't recommend them enough. I took my oldest daughter here for driving observation and extra road experience. She enjoyed the different instructors and their calm and professional attitude. As a parent, it's great to have your teen enjoy the instructors, and it's also effortless to schedule driving time and road tests. There are some comments about instructors being sticklers on the driving rules, etc., but that's silly. As a parent, isn't that what you want? If my teen drives on Dallas roads and highways, I want them to be 100% ready. We'll be back in four to six months with my youngest daughter.

I asked them to send me proof that I cancelled my order and they demanded that I pay another $30 for missing my appointment, which I didn’t, I just brought the incorrect form. AND that I needed to pay another $80 to take the test. I advise any person looking for a driving school/place to take your test DONT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. All Star Driving School is much better. A Addison Driving school is a fraud. (I mean, they can’t even use correct grammar.) *AN Addison Driving School

Experiencia negativa: I had questions about doing the road test, I explained that I was an adult whose license had expired during Covid and was trying to figure out if I could do the driving part there. The person on the phone spoke VERY broken English, and I apologized multiple times but I couldn’t understand what they were saying the requirements were. I was on the phone for less than a minute with them and he sounded upset that I couldn’t not understand what he was saying and tried to make it sound like I was disputing. I advised this was not the case and that I couldn’t understand stand, he then said “ I am too busy, I will have to call you back “. Wow! This is a school?! No thank you…

Experiencia negativa: Today while driving I was behind a vehicle that is associated w/ this school, the driver was an older gentleman who instead of going through a green light which was safe ran a red light. It so happened the same vehicle ended up in front of me again in the neighborhood I was visiting, the driver failed to signal, failed to stop at a stop sign and on 2 x occasions stopped in the middle of the road w/o reason or warning. During one of the random stops I did take a snapshot of the # and called when I reached my destination. Imagine my surprise when it was associated w/ a driving school, I was annoyed and tried explaining to the individual who answered what I had witnessed and the response was “ well I am in the office so I don’t know what they are doing,” well I am trying to explain to you what they are doing and they are being reckless and driving like a maniac. The person hung up on me, so I called back and asked why they had done that, and the response was, “ well ma’am you are using rough language.” You have someone associated with your school driving with complete disregard for the law, complete disregard for anyone else on the road or their safety, could have caused a serious accident or harm, YES! The language is harsh and you deserve that and more! Then this person had the nerve to provide my # to the actual driver and he said he didn’t notice anything wrong with what he did. That’s the problem with these drivers and driving schools, you are not paying attention to your recklessness and this is exactly why we have all these drivers running red lights, failing to stop at stop signs, ignoring basic laws, b/c of schools like this, and instructors like these, and when they get called out on it they simply act like they didn’t do anything wrong and like people should not be upset or be polite when they act like complete jerks!

My wife and son asked him if they can either postpone or cancel the appt but instead of just answering, he actually cancelled the appt without our consent. I called him to ask why the refund that he said was given since last week still not appearing in my credit card, he just kept saying that he refunded the money. I kept asking him the name of the student that he refunded the money to. He was rudely saying that it doesn't matter and refused to say the name of the student which is my son. How in the world he knew which student he refunded the money to if he couldn't even told me. This person is a fraud and should not have any interactions with new drivers especially. What kind of driving school teacher don't even care about the student name and have no patience whatsover. STAY AWAY

Ended up just leaving and requested a refund that still have not received till this.

You can also take driver’s behind the wheel test from him. The trainer is super knowledgeable and can help build you confidence in driving. Highly recommend taking classes from this driving school.

The instructor is extremely unprofessional, the phone went off constantly , he was suppose to be instructing but he was on the phone distracted in conversation , obstructing the steering wheel by holding it when I was trying to turn , he was impatient. Not to mention the topic of conversation made me extremely uncomfortable I came to drive not to be asked if I live alone , not to be hassled about a boyfriend or my personal life in general. When confronted by his unprofessionalism he said he was trying to make me comfortable I would’ve preferred silence over the sexist conversation, he said we only complained for a free lesson which is a joke because if it’s with that instructor COUNT ME OUT. This review section is NOT lying don’t book with them stay far away !!
