Experiencia fantástica: The Entire experience was A+ They were pleasant over the phone with my first initial call to the time I went into the office to set up my appointments. My instructor was amazing. I went to this school with prior driving experience, and had been to other schools, they don't compare! My instructor was patient and catered to my style of driving and molded into the proper ways to take the exam. From showing me on paper where i was making my mistakes to Passing my Road test. My instructions were easy to remember, and I say be patient with yourself anywhere you go. Learning takes time and its okay to give yourself grace I was so nervous, but all Its not easy trusting someplace you would never know the outcome of where you spend your money. I say spend it here, and get it done. I took two lessons after not taking lessons for over a year, and passing my road test! Thank You guys so much! My license before the Holidays is a great gift !

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing staff (Genesis) and instructors (Alfredo and Mario) ! They have all been very professional and patient every time I have gone for a driving lesson. They have been great with scheduling my lessons and answering any question(s) I have. I look forward to scheduling my road test soon and passing . I would highly recommend Jessi Driving School to family and friends !

Experiencia negativa: I called for information about the following drivers defense course and Genesis was only able to inform that the upcoming class is booked and when asked about when is the following one she said “I don’t know” what type of business is being ran without a schedule or an employee who does not know basic information.

Experiencia fantástica: The team at Jessi Driving School taught me all there is to know about being safe on the road, as well as great tips/tricks for parallel parking. Their instructors are very patient and quick to offer constructive feedback on your decision making/technique. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I was waiting to do this review because I always have an amazing experience with Jessie's driving school for all their services, but this time I couldn't believe it. I went to accompany someone in signing up for one of the driving school packages, and a new agent helped us. I know she's new because she couldn't help me fax a paper a few days before this. She (G. Contreras i believe is her name) FULLY THREW the permit through the little window they have to the person signing up. Very distasteful. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but thats not excuse for the unprofessionalism. This was on Sept 13 around 15:39. I watched it happen and kept asking "did she just throw your permit?" I believe she did this because of the conversation me and the person signing up was having while signing up with her, because there was a certain way he wanted to do it and she was about to overcharge him so I was just making sure the information was correct. I know she heard me when I kept asking did she just throw your permit, but continued to chat around with her coworkers who I know saw it happen to and did not correct her. Then, we kept having an issue with the codes needed to be received because she put the wrong information in the system, so it was just a very unpleasant experience overall. Not sure if I'll recommend Jessie's Driving School anymore because I'm not sure what attitude you're gonna get from the ladies and this is a place literally walking distance from me who is a big help when you need them. I could only vouch for one lady who's been there for years who is also a notary and she's bomb! Not sure what her name is, but is lightskin long hair knows what she's doing. I hope this is addressed. Nothing should be thrown to you in return, not even a paper, coins, anything.
