Experiencia negativa: Honestly a nightmare from start to finish, on the corporate side of things. Our children’s teacher was good and prepared them well for the road. BUT - the class location, which was within walking distance from our house, was switched to a location that was a 20 minute drive away two weeks before class started - too late to change schedules for busy highschoolers who have already been responsible and talked to coaches about missed practices - we had NO input into scheduling our students drives. It was not possible online even when all drives were signed off on. Our kids were often booked at times when parents could not drive them 20 minutes out or when they had school sporting events. There was no way to reschedule - only to cancel and hope we would get signed up again instead of penalized for not meeting class requirements. - Corporate was SO rude when I explained the scheduling problems. They told me I was wrong, I absolutely could reschedule online, and it didn’t matter that the previous employee told me I was write, even they couldn’t reschedule me online. I was treated so rudely and defensively. I was just trying to schedule what we paid for! I finally just had to say goodbye and hang up rather than continue to be berated. We ended up having to pay a babysitter to drive our child to drivers training (ironic, huh?) since All Star wouldn’t work with us.

Experiencia negativa: So, your driving school is the reason absolutely no one knows the rules of the road. I was driving behind one of your cars, with 3 people in it and the kid driving was screwing around. Goin 25 in a 45. Then goin 50 in a 45. Speeding up, slowing down, swerving so I couldn't pass them. And I did call and leave a voice mail about how the instructor was allowing the driver to act like that. Y'all need to inform your drivers about how dangerous it is to drive a vehicle. Your instructors need to let the students know what exactly can happen when you mess around while having a couple thousand pounds under their control. Very unprofessional!

Experiencia fantástica: I did all of my drives with Shelly. She has been so patient, helpful, and overall such a great driving instructor. When driving with her, I always felt that I could trust her to know what instructions to tell me or to take control when needed.
