Fantastic experience: My youngest son just finished the "in-person" class with Brant at Brownstown. We are so glad that he chose to do it in-person instead of online. We feel he learned so much more than he would have if he had done it online. You can not ask for a better family than the Hurleys. They have great personalities and have a true connection with the kids. My youngest will begin the driving process since he now has his permit and I have all the confidence in the Hurleys and the influence they will have on his driving. Rock Hurley was my driver's ed instructor way back in the day and I still remember driving with him! I highly recommend Drivers Ed LLC for all kids!

Fantastic experience: Over the last 3 years, I have had both my teens use Drivers Ed LLC for their Drivers Education and both passed the driving test on their first try. This company is professional and courteous and gets back to you within a few days if you have questions. He is very down to earth and my kids were comfortable driving with him. I definitely recommend.

Negative experience: I reached out to Brant Hurley in June to help my daughter with driving. She already had her permit but really struggled with driving so we decided to try Drivers Ed. When I called Brant he said since mu daughter already had her permit I could pay $400 to just do the driving part or $50 extra to do the online work and then he could actually do the drivers test with her when she completes the entire course. When I agreed to pay the $50 extra he came and got the money the next day. He scheduled the drives that day. We had to reschedule a few times and it was like pulling teeth this guy to text back. I had to message him several times with him taking days to respond. One time he dropped her off an hour early because he was “busy” and said we would reschedule. I had to email him my email address and keep reminding him he hadn’t sent the online work link on 3 separate occasions and sent him my email each time. He called me 2 weeks ago for my daughter's last hour and said he was running behind less than an hour before he showed. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he called. He rescheduled for last Monday and we showed at the meeting location but he did not. He called after I text him due to not showing and he rescheduled for Thursday. We showed Thursday and again he didn’t not. I called and text and he didn’t answer or call back. After not hearing back all weekend, I sent him a not-so-kind message and he sent back that he was doing us a favor by letting her do the driving before the work online was complete. I mean what does this have to do with him not calling or showing 2 times in a row? First of all since my daughter had her permit the online work was optional and second he said it just had to be done before she did the final test! Also my daughter said before all this drama started that he was on his phone, texting, or on Facebook the majority of the time she drove. What an example! I just want to get the word out. When I sent him a not-so-nice message he suddenly responded. I hope he either starts running his business a little more professionally or people decide to take their kids another place to learn to drive if they decide to do a Drivers Ed program. I’ve also talked to other people and they have had trouble with him too. My experience? Please take your business elsewhere!
