We only teach stick shift driving lessons. If you want to learn to drive a manual transmission car, we're the people for you. Your instructor will teach you to drive a stick shift in about two to four hours and will provide the car for you to learn on. You'll learn how to get the car into gear, how to balance the clutch and accelerator, shifting up through the gears, parallel parking, parking in parking spaces, and the fine foot control. Lessons take place off of roads in parking lots. The only requirement to take a lesson is to have a current and valid driver's license. Most customers learning to drive stick shift are learning because they're getting a new car, renting a stick shift car overseas, & driving a stick shift vehicle for work.

Fantastic experience: As a senior citizen I think this is a great service. Both of my children learned and drove stick shift vehicles as their first ones in high school. Thank you for providing this service to people that want to learn no matter what age.

Fantastic experience: Wendy was a great instructor and I was able to learn how to drive stick shift without any prior experience! We spent time starting at basics and by the time we were done, I could start, stop, reverse, downshift, park, and parallel park. I got tips how to more snoothly shift gears and what to look out for on the open road. Highly recommend Wendy if you want to learn to confidently drive a car with manual transmission!

Fantastic experience: I recently did the mid tier class with Mark and I had so much fun. He was very thorough with how he explained things and how the clutch worked and how shifting took place. And once I had it down he just let me drive around for the rest of my time and we had a cool philosophical talk about life and it was like we’d been friends for years. He’s a great instructor and anyone who isn’t sure about taking a class you should definitely try it. It’s a skill that may come in handy some day.

Fantastic experience: This was a great experience! I wanted to practice my manual driving skills and started with no previous experience. Mark was my instructor and he was really patient with me while also having constructive comments to improve my skills. 10/10 would recommend for anyone considering this.

Fantastic experience: Mark is a patient instructor! I purchased the mid-tier level. I learned a lot from starting the car, rolling from 1st gear, changing up gears, and coming to a stop. We also did hill starts. I’m just stoked I got to drive a manual, I feel like that’s a lost art in today’s society.

Fantastic experience: Great experience and driving lesson. I was lucky to have Mark as my instructor. He went in to a lot of detail on how manual transmissions work and how that translates into driving one. I knew nothing coming into the less and felt pretty confident after a few hours. Highly recommend!
