Jones Driving School

Fantastic experience: Our whole experience with this group was nothing but wonderful from start to finish. Not only are they very responsive, but everyone that we communicated with was extremely helpful, even before/after hours! Theresa (my daughter's behind-the-wheel instructor) was one of the most amazing humans I've met! She was so kind and friendly, and brought Brynlee such confidence with her continued reassurance, that she actually looked forward to their sessions together and grew in knowledge that she hadn't developed yet simply working with us at home. Theresa was clear and concise in relaying what we could work on after each day. She shared her number for easy access as well. The week after Brynlee finished, we had to ask for a little extra help in getting a document due to a federal holiday (BMV closed and mail not going out) that we didn't account for. Their responsiveness and support was above and beyond expectations. We even drove all the way from Eaton to use this company. Well worth the trip! I plan on using them moving forward with our other two children.

Negative experience: Really disappointed that you only get one day in a three month period to get signed up. I'm not on Facebook so , I guess Jones is only for a select group of people...

Fantastic experience: They were a great company to work with. My son really liked driving with them and they will meet you if you are from out of town. It took us 2 weeks to get drive times and my son had perfect scores on his test. He did his hours in 1 week. So a total of 3 weeks and he had his license. The Jones family is great to work with.

Negative experience: Just saw one of their instructors driving while texting. Is this what they are teaching new drivers?

Fantastic experience: I took my son to this driving school and everything went smoothly. Got into the next available class asap and we loved his driving instructor. Will definitely be bringing my other son here when the time comes.

Fantastic experience: Jones Driving School is an excellent place to learn how to safely operate a vehicle in a laid back and fun way. During the classes I barely even felt like I was getting work done, but still found myself scoring high on the quizzes and retaining information. My driving instructor was very friendly and made the experience easy even when I was nervous. You can really tell they take care to make sure every student receives thorough instruction and is ready for their test. Darrell even offered to help us out for no extra charge if we felt like we weren't ready for our license test. The vehicle I drove with the instructor was very smooth and up to standards, and they even have a spot to practice for your maneuverability test at your own leisure. Highly recommend for any learning driver!
