Ed Lewis Driving School

Fantastic experience: If this is The Same Ed that taught me how to drive and park back in 2007 he's amazing . Helped with parking using only your mirrors .. still using his methods till this day . U rock Ed !

Negative experience: Previous review from Hannah is true. After being told how to do something, and doing it that exact way, you get yelled. It is an unproductive experience for a new driver. I had to learn how to use side mirrors from an outside source as I was dismissed when I asked. During the first lesson, I was randomly complimented on my appearance and abruptly asked if I was dating anyone. In addition, I was non-consensually touched a few times (forehead, hands, back, knee) even when I was in the middle of driving on the road! When I said no to if he could hold my hands/touch my back to "test if I was nervous", he got angry, started yelling more at every little thing I did (that he taught me), and belittled all driving related questions I had. I was disgusted with all the misogynistic comments and inappropriate touching. While this "school" is much cheaper compared to others, the cons outway the price. Please research more professional and reputable businesses, even if it may cost extra. The constant twisting of directions, yelling, and pure unprofessionalism is not worth it. Please be cautious.

Negative experience: This man is a joke. Day of my driving test, he completely bailed. I called him 5 times and didn’t answer once not even to cancel. Taking lessons he would tell you to do one thing and turn around and yell at you for doing it. Also doesn’t even teach you to use your side mirrors, doesn’t even allow you to adjust them, not even when he has you going 60 on the blvd switching lanes. Such a waste of my time and money.

Fantastic experience: Great dude. Got my permit in August and my license in just under a month after that. He made learning to drive very easy. Highly recommend him to anyone.

Positive experience: You have to get your permit first but this school comes highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My son took lessons with Mr Lewis and passed his first try. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Fantastic experience: Amazing driving instructor... got my license on the first try after taking lessons. Very patient. Highly recommended... & to those who give a bad review I suggest you take a good look in the mirror to see where the real problem might be.
