Fantastic experience: I had Coco as an instructor and she was really good with showing me what I could improve with as well as helping in places I didn’t feel as confident in. With her help I felt confident in my driving skills as well as parking. I enjoyed having her as an instructor!

Fantastic experience: Jerison is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Learning driving with him has been a great gift. I would not have been able to get my license without his incredible help.

Fantastic experience: I’m 29 years old and I never thought I’d be able to learn how to drive but, I’m so blessed I took this driving course and got my license. It’s the instructors that make this company. Not the company itself.. I was so lucky to have such an amazing instructor.

Negative experience: This place has severely disappointed us. We paid them more than $500 for 4 lessons 2 months ago, total of 8 hours driving school for our 16 year old daughter. They never showed up to her scheduled appointment, never made us aware that they were not coming. She was stranded in her school parking lot for 30 minutes where they were supposed to pick her up, but never did. We had to drive to her school to get her. They would have left her there all night. We then called and spoke to multiple people, including a supervisor. They refused to give us a refund. Follow up to owner's response: We disputed this with our credit card company to try and get our money back since your company refused to refund us our money. The credit card company sided in favor with the driving school b/c the driving school told them that they notified us that the teacher was going to be late which initially was true the first time they no showed but not the second time they no showed which I will explain. Since we were not going to leave our daughter who had been waiting for more than 30 minutes in her school parking lot by herself, we picked her up and brought her home. We then spoke to the driving school and changed the location to our house, which they confirmed, since we did not want her waiting at her school any longer and the driving school agreed to give her the lesson that same night at 5:45pm. After waiting another 30 minutes at our house, for our second attempt at an appointment in the same day, still no teacher showing up and no notification, by this time we were very upset and cancelled the appointment. We cancelled all future appointments since twice in the same day, the teacher did not show up at or anywhere near the appointment times and there was no notification on the second no show. At that point, we cancelled all future appointments and asked for a refund multiple times and were denied refund. On top of that, the driving school initially tried to charge us $99 dispute fee and then after we pointed out to them that the contract says it is $75, then the driving school changed it to $75. They wanted us to pay another $75, even though at this point, we still have not had one lesson. We told them to take the $75 fee out of the $520 we already paid and give us whatever lessons we can get with a different teacher for our daughter. I just don't see how we could pay you even more money at this point without even having one lesson completed and twice no showed by the teacher on the same day (notified the first time, but never notified on the second no show). Does not sound fair to me. This whole ordeal is so frustrating. Is it not possible to simply just get what we have already paid for and have a teacher who shows up at an agreed upon appointment time? We did speak to a different teacher last month who was kind to us, felt bad for the way we had been treated and actually seemed to care. Maybe we will have a better experience with another teacher? That is at least what we are hoping for.

Negative experience: Horrible communication and rude supervisor. Had difficulty scheduling lessons. The company gave us 3 available times. We accepted all three and then they canceled all of them based on an error they made. We scheduled 2 more lessons. On both lessons, the instructor was 30 min late with no communication. My child was supposed to be picked up at the school, however they did not notify us of any delays. I had to come get her after she was waiting by herself. On one of the lessons, the instructor just failed to show up at all. They say they pride themselves on safety, however have no problem putting underage children at risk.

Fantastic experience: My instructor Anna is very patient and caring person. When I took my first class the other day at first I was afraid and nervous, but Anna she took the time to talk to me and made sure I was ready to get behind the wheel. By the time my first lesson ended I felt comfortable and confident in myself cause Anna had the patience and understanding. She’s an incredible awesome instructor.

Fantastic experience: I think this program is really helpful to all people not just someone trying to get their license it’s good to know the rules and ways of the road. I liked Jerison he was super cool and very helpful he makes everything so much easier to learn and he explains things really well. He’s helped me get my license and feel safe on the road because I now knows how to be safe on them.

Negative experience: If it was possible to give a negative rating to ALL N 1, I would. This business repeatedly cancelled my son’s lessons, then refused to honor their own self-published refund policy. When we tried to escalate the issue with management - supported by the facts of dates, times, and conversations - the management team refused to take our calls or respond to our emails. Our refund remains unresolved and our son is behind in his driving journey. Overall a terrible experience and I would strongly encourage anyone seeking services from this business to look elsewhere.
